Novotel Hotels in Hong Kong

The room's cleanliness and amenities were decent. For Hong Kong, the room size is quite spacious! They even use non-plastic key cards, truly living up to their eco-friendly hotel status. Just a heads-up, they genuinely don't provide any toiletries. I was caught off guard this time as I hadn't brought mine. The 7-Eleven across the street was selling two toothbrushes for an outrageous HKD 70! So, I decided to head back to the front desk, and to my surprise, I got two sets of toiletries for just HKD 10! It certainly pays to ask! The surrounding area offers convenient transportation. Golden Bauhinia Square is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Whether for business or leisure, choosing this hotel is definitely the right call! 👍

We stayed as a family of 4 within a group of 12 (including kids), and Novotel Citygate was the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — right next to Citygate Outlets, close to the Ngong Ping Cable Car, and just a short ride to Disneyland. The free airport shuttle was a huge help, especially for a big group like ours. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, welcoming vibe. Although we didn’t avail of breakfast, we were happy with the overall service and amenities. Definitely recommended for families or groups who want comfort, accessibility, and great value near Lantau Island attractions.
