Average and over priced. For the standard room with all taxes it was $250 usd. I would recommend paying a little more and staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel instead. This is a 3 star hotel. Felt like a private youth hostel room. Nowhere to even put a suitcase. No lobby to speak of. Bad continental breakfast. It was cleanish (not super clean , but clean enough) , staff is friendly , and location is good. You can walk there from the ferry. But I would stay in causeway bay or the Kowloon side by the harbor next time.

The service was great. The location is very good , close to mtr and very easy to come and go to the airport by bus A12 and A12.Also just  1 minute walk from Exit A of North Point Station on the Hong Kong Subway (MTR) Harbor Island Line and Tsung Tsung Oo Line.
