The front desk cannot be understood. She is not accommodating. Did not even gave us a clear direction on what to do when we arrived. She went back to sleep as if no customers outside. Disgusting.

Room too small not enough space for luggages and to move freely. Toilet too small.
Response from Property: Hello, please check the room size when booking. The website will mark the room size. Please choose accommodation according to your budget. If you need a larger room, we recommend choosing a high-star hotel. Hong Kong hotels cannot meet your requirements because the rooms are relatively small.

The Hotel is in Kowloon, Mongkok, at the Nathan Rd. I can't understand why people complain about the cleanes, it's really really clean for this kind of Hotel. I stayed in two different Hotels in the Chungking Mansions before and the Mingdu Hotel was by far the cleanest.
But the rooms in this Hotel are smaller and there is a huge lack of isolation. Someone was smoking at night and i could smell the smoke alot.
The reception lady is really nice and helpful. English, Mandarin and Cantonese are provided.
I probably would stay there again.
Response from Property: thanks

It's suitable for someone who wants to explore Hong Kong city
Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. The hotel is located at Exit A2 of Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, Hong Kong. Although the room is small, it is equipped with a separate toilet, 24-hour hot water (the electric water heater needs to be turned on to preheat for 10 minutes before use), conversion plug, and the hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk service. If there is no one on duty when you arrive, you need to call us to check in. ~Looking forward to your visit~ Before booking, please be aware of the following shortcomings of hotels: Hong Kong hotels generally have small rooms/no 24-hour front desk staff. It is recommended to activate roaming services or add V: hongkong111999 in advance for easy contact/the water heater is electric and if you don’t know how to use it, please contact us Oh~

The location is between the stations, but Hong Kong itself is not that big, so it was okay. It was okay for the price. The water was warm and came out well.

We chose this family hotel! The location is very convenient and fast. The subway station is only 3 minutes away. There are all kinds of restaurants around! Downstairs is the commercial street...McDonald's 🍔 Sichuan restaurant! Hunan restaurant! Cantonese tea restaurant...everything is available...

There are a lot of places to go shopping nearby, and there are a lot of things to eat, and shopping is also convenient. There are some subway stations, there are really many people, and there are many bus stops, which is very special.

I have two children and it's really nice to live in room 210. It's very clean. You can go out to the bustling streets and the subway station is also close. Take the A2 exit from Yau Ma Tei and it's just a short walk away. There are many attractions nearby, including the Avenue of Stars, Victoria Harbour, and the Star Ferry, all of which are accessible by double-decker buses. Just there, very close. Especially behind the hotel is the Longhua Pharmacy, which is very complete and has everything. In addition to medicines, there are also daily necessities, especially snacks. I bought a lot. The price is cheaper than other pharmacies, and the stuff is good.
I also sneaked to see other rooms, the one with two beds was very nice.
Worth coming.

Check-in is from 2pm but the room was not cleaned by 4pm. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The bath towels were dirty. The TV was broken. Nothing was done for consecutive nights, just as it was the day before.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the owner is friendly.
Located in Mong Kok, it is a bustling area just outside the door, and is a good place to stay when traveling in Hong Kong. Very warm, and helped to prepare a plug converter.

There are no waiters in the hotel. The hotel facilities are simple. The TV cannot be turned on. Guests have to press the password to enter and exit by themselves. The transportation is very convenient. The price of the hotel is decent for Hong Kong!

Response from Property: Where do the waiters in Hong Kong family hotels come from? Sir, we recommend that you book a hotel with at least 3 stars.
