This hotel is amazing, service is superb, very nice and accommodating. They serviced mailing to the US which helped us shipping our wine and stuff. I would highly recommend. Big rooms and big dining area. Love the Filipino staff too.

Beautiful hotel adjacent to  university campus and walking distance from tram station ..  people are attentive and will go any distance to help you .. great hotel to stay .. only suggestion would be to start breakfast at 6.30 instead of 7am

Really Old hotel and everything comes with an overcharge, I would only recommend it for the location cause its right by the tram stop

Good hotel overall, away from the city (but closer to the airport). Beds had hard edges and we both hurt ourselves (huge WHS risk).

Clean hotel with expensive parking - Internet - good small rooms far from the center - comfortable bed, not varied breakfast

Service was fantastic: upon check in the staff offered us recommendations for places to visit and things to do, which was super helpful. We visited the bar and the bartender was meticulous and the drinks were also super fairly priced.

Great location, very clean and spacious. Pleasant stay overall

It was a great place to stay location and amenities were great. The staff was nice and the room was amazing. Just two things- I did an early check in, left my luggage and came back in the night and when asked for my room key the staff couldn’t find my reservation and gave away my room to someone with the same surname, took about an hour for them to understand my problem and the situation, I did my check in again around 12 in the night. They didn’t give me any room even when they could see my checkin and clearly staff had mistaken. The second issue was my room key didn’t open the door even once during my 3 day stay and I had to call someone every time. These two things were just a bit of hassle.

Nice room and clean area

i was more than satisfied with the hilton garden in 15 minutes by tram from the center of florence. it has a very nice reception. the guests are taken care of. Dinner could be better but the service is top notch.

They don’t even have bathrobe and slippers to be wear in the room. Location & services are okay.

The environment is very good, with supermarkets and commercial centers nearby. The accommodation is very quiet, safe and clean. It is a distance away from public transportation. The service is very good and the facilities are complete, including a laundry room and a restaurant.
