I had an excellent stay at The Olympian with my family. What truly made it exceptional was the outstanding team—every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. A special thanks to Larry Ho, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The room was modern, comfortable, and very spacious. If I have another opportunity, I will definitely rebook here.

The luxury suite upgrade was nothing short of spectacular—spacious, elegantly designed, and special thanks for the arrangement from Ella who gave us such a memorable experiences. Highly recommended!!

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Hong Kong. It's one stop away from Kowloon Station and within walking distance to a big mall complex. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will definitely come again.

Big hotel with fancy lobby, however the location is not easy as it is situated between apartments

Walking distance to MTR and staff are very friendly. Room very cozy with living room and kitchenware. Huge hotel room compared with others hotel in Hong Kong.

Boutique hotel with friendly staff, who upgraded me to executive room upon check-in, room is so spacious that like none of other hotels I stayed in downtown, highly recommend. A few minutes walk to shopping center and a sports park, plus riverside walk, perfect environment

Nice location very many shop here n just walk like 5 mins to the mtr!! Very big room

Overall a great stay, Did find the facilities a bit dated compared to other places I stayed at for similar pricing, mostly the need for outlet converters for all outlets rather than the international outlet ready outlets. The Washing machines are also dated, needing to use handful of coins to operate each cycle.

To clarify your concern, Hong Kong had to follow the standard of EMSD to build in the sockets under Hong Kong law and we are sorry that we cant change to other countries standard as what you suggested. The Olympian Hong Kong opened in 2016 and the washing machines were mostly installed recently in 2023 with 15 Kg per wash. Only two tokens are required, one for wet washing, one for drying. This hotel is just fantastic! Must visit . Wanna stay here more😅 the rooms are humongous. The bathroom is just unbelievable. I bet you can never find showers like that. Just wow

Reopen hotel This hotel is so grand that u think u are living not in a hotel room but feels like living in a luxurious mansion. Very high privacy, extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. The room with living area, walking closet, and kitchen which like a suite. Two things that can be improved is that the TV should installed with chromcast and provide shuttle bus to mtr station as it is quite far from it.
