We had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is close to the mate which makes it’s so easy to travel anywhere.

It was a pity they ran out of smoking room for me But they upgraded me to a suite The room was huge And the view was amazing

I had a great stay. I was upgraded to the 39th floor! Wonderful view. I love the bath tub. The pool , steam room and sauna were really wonderful. Such a relaxing atmosphere

Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any amenities, not even a bottle of drinking water, all extra charge, that's a shame.

I stayed here the last few days. The room was fine and clean enough but the bathroom would suddenly smell like .... Someone had a poop ( it wasn't me ) but it would come in waves . Then I noticed in my sleep I was getting bitten . I seem to have tiny bed bug bites on me. The staff were friendly enough. The concierges were friendly but didn't have much information and didn't explain in much detail about anything . It felt like a self service hotel in a way though the general interior is beautiful My view from my room was just staring into someone's living room. I won't upload the photo as there's a family there but I didn't feel any privacy unless I had the curtains closed. I had a few of the harbour if I reached my neck as far as I could. The veiw from the bar on the top floor was fantastic you could see both sides of the harbour. The pool was fine but they didn't have any extra dressing gowns when I got caught in the storm so I went up to my roam soaking wet. The metro wasn't far which was useful I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Service was good, specially Maria. Location is good. But hotel is a bit old and not clean enough but okay.

So entry hall is so beautiful and classy. Clean room, good service. Smel good even in the elevator. I would rate this 5-stars hotel 5 star!!! Will come again for the room, and their restaurant.

Excellent location and services provided from the hotel. Supplied a cot immediately for us which was super comfortable for our baby girl. Great stay for us!

Spacious room with gorgeous view of the Hong Kong harbour. Very convenient location, short walk to restaurants and MTR station.

Superb hotell with great location, extremely comfortable and beautiful rooms and great and attentive staff. A must visit whenever in Hong Kong! Many restaurants located within and impossibly beautiful view from rooftop!
