Its my second time to stay in this property but my stay is always extraordinary. Place is convenient and close to the MTR. Will surely stay here again.

Great hotel,  service staff very courteous  An old hotel, water leak from the toilet bowl, service personnel need to pay attention and call to fix it urgently, apart from this, a very comfortable stay

Stayed at the Conrad overnight for a flight. Hotel service was exceptional across the board, from check in to housekeeping to my eventual shuttle to the IFC to take the AirPort Express. Staff were considerate and friendly. The only downside was that breakfast was quite busy, but I went down at 9 am, which was a peak time.

Great location. Had troubles with coffee machine and took 2 days to fix and did not offer solution for those two days.

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's "MOULDY" smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

great location and service. the breakfast is. nice with various choice, too bad that coffee is not coming with a pot.

Good location. Connected to shopping mall. Also got MRT station right below. First stop for MRT to Shenzhen. Hong Kong Park right next to it.
