Good service and location.

I always book this hotel whenever I come to Hong Kong. Its location is very convenient to / from airport. It is right inside downtown area with tons of resturants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room size is not bad compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. I will book again next time.

Overall it is friendly and convenient lodge to move around in Yaumati, Jordon and Mongkok. Hotel is also providing the basic breakfast and room for guests to have meals also I would like to say that the dual push panel in my room is not easy to use for flushing the toilet and it is very hard to push.

This hotel is in an ideal location: close to everything; even to a very affordable place to get our clothes washed and dried. Breakfast was disappointing: coffee, juice and a sandwich. We were expecting more. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall good stay, except that room 1013 was exceptionally cold, even with the air con switched off. Toiletries are not provided, so do bring your own. Some slight stain on bedsheets but can be overlooked.

Perfectly located in the heart of Hong Kong, close to the red line subway. Clean room and larger than what we expected. Hand bathroom soap is provided but shampoo, conditioner and body soap for shower are not included and you have to purchase them for a small amount (20 HK$). Do not remove the room card or the air conditioner will shut off and as Hong Kong buildings tend to easily form mold you would easily damage the room (they provide you extra cards for it). Our room was perfectly free from humidity so it's important to keep it that way for next guests. Recommended accomodation for staying in Hong Kong.

Needed a place to stay for a night before catching my flight. The hotel was affordable, clean and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again next time I’m in Hong Kong.

Nice and clean.

The place is old but the rooms looks renovated. For HK standards, the room is good sized. Do note that as the building is old, the heat insulation and noise insulation is not good. The toilet seat and shower area feels cold and we were shivering abit. Do bring thick PJ to sleep there in winter. The rooms are also no blackout as the top window panel is with blinds n not reachable for us to adjust the blinds.

Warm and friendly staff. Need to pay a little for soap and shampoo. Good deal for the location
