Harbour Grand Hotels in Hong Kong

I booked a corner sea-view room on the top floor for my proposal. The location is good, and the wine-opening service was appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. The hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and this wasn't explained at check-in. While we later understood this might be due to government policy, it's not something tourists would typically know. Getting this information involved being bounced between Housekeeping and the Front Desk, with a poor attitude from the staff. The room also lacked essentials, requiring multiple calls to Housekeeping. The service needs significant improvement.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was impeccably clean, modern, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, particularly the well-equipped gym and the serene rooftop pool. The central location made exploring the city effortless. Every interaction with the team was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. We left feeling thoroughly pampered and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
