STAYING AT ROOM 1258. THE SELLING POINT OF THIS ROOM IS ITS AWESOME HARBOUR VIEW. SPACIOUS NICE DESIGNED. HOWEVER INTENSIVE UPGRADING IS NEEDED TO KEEP ITS COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. ROOM HAS A MUSKY ODOUR.

This hotel is close to everything, from the airport station to Kowloon's beautiful riverside. The staff was neutral, not really friendly, but staying for a layover this was a really good choice. I could walk around, experience a lot from Hong Kong's nightlife, yet did not have to worry about catching my next flight. Also even though the room was old-fashioned, I did not questioned the cleanliness, they are well-maintained.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong for two nights as part of our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay special, and one person, in particular, stood out—Jayce. Jayce was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our honeymoon was truly unforgettable. Whether it was arranging a romantic setup in our room or offering personalized recommendations for local experiences, Jayce's kindness and attention to detail made a world of difference. The hotel itself was luxurious, with immaculate rooms and breathtaking views of the city, but it was the exceptional service that truly set our stay apart. We felt genuinely cared for, and it's clear that the team at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. If you're looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong where you will be treated like royalty, we highly recommend the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. I had an absolutely wonderful time at Kowloon Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel great. I had a smooth check-in experience. Plenty of shopping at Harbour City, Oceans Tower. Even the shops right behind carry many different types of goods from lower to higher end. Coffee joints to various cuisines are just beside the hotel. Spoilt for choices of where to go and what to do. The cultural and space museum is a 5 minute walk. The promenade is just after the cultural centre.

We booked a standard twin bed room for myself and my two daughters. The room is small, which is normal for Hong Kong hotel. FYI, bring three prong adapters, as the hotel does not lend adapters to guest (although they do sell it) Hotel has -WiFi, mini fridge, hair dryer Shampoo (no conditioner), body wash Toothbrush and toothpaste paste, cotton pad qtip , slippers etc What I liked about it: -Close to metro west Kowloon station and train station. I arrived by metro train and the walk was about 10 min. The Austin train station is just few blocks from the hotel. -There are taxi lines up outside of hotel Less than a block- we found restaurant for breakfast, a supermarket. 20 min driving distance from Disney land

The room was large, comfortable and bright, and the hotel facilities are very good. The rooftop pool is lovely and the fitness room is large by hotel standards, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions when we asked for recommendations on where to buy a specific item. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was lacking in variety and fresh, healthy options.

The location is very convenient,the room is very nice and tidy,but the flash of the bowl is not good,.i highly recommend your hotel when my friends,family or relatives when they will go here in Hk for vacation.

They are so fast and efficient! I was allowed to check in at 9:40AM because my room was ready. I had left my large luggage there 5 days prior to my booking so it made it easier to get around Hong Kong. They even helped me to my room. Everything took less than 10 minutes so I was able to make the free shuttle to the subway station at 10:00AM. Erika was at the front desk and she helped me the day I checked in and checked out. Alex helped with my luggage both days as well. They are both so nice! Here is a picture of the free shuttle schedule that takes you too and from Tung Chung subway station. Also Disney was small but fun. The projections on the castle are much better than USA Disneyland and Disney World. Don’t forget to use the Disneyland app to get your pass for Playhouse in the Woods as soon as you get through the main gates at Disneyland.

Fantastic stay, the best rooms in Hong Kong for home stay. The swimming pool and gym are great , and there is also sauna and steam room. Location is near shenzhen bay checkpoint, and three or four stops by tram from the nearest metro station.
