Cozy house with all the amenities you need to feel right at home! Only a minute from downtown area and home is located close to elementary school. House is very close to First Baptist church of Van Buren and about 1/2 a mile to downtown area to catch a train ride or to go shopping or dining! Only a few minutes away from the interstate if you need to travel to Fort Smith area- it is about 5 minutes away. Quiet older neighborhood with a diverse range of homes. Linens are provided along with soap and shampoo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed with a desk area if needed for business. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Both rooms have super plush mattresses and comfortable bed linens. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. House is around 850sqft. Very quaint and cozy! Small back yard area but no fence. Washer and dryer are provided and laundry soap if needed. Pet-friendly if you would like to bring your pets. Each bedroom has a roku tv as well as the living room. Iron and ironing board available.
