作為一個環保住宅的發燒友，一直聽説德國零能耗被動房，這次終於在瑞安花巖山莊拔草啦！當我打開密實的陽台門，聽着奔流不息的山澗溪水聲，關上門扇又享受着30+分貝的靜謐室內空間（我隨身自帶噪聲測試儀），獨具匠心打造散發著天然木香的全實木軟裝和傢俱，讓我愛不釋手。夜晚降臨，自帶清新空氣的恆温恆濕近乎無聲無風的空調系統，讓我度過了一個完美的寧靜温馨的夜晚，一個名宿能如此不惜代價的建造使用環保被動住宅，應該點贊。我們想避開國慶旅遊高峯，所以沒能去成國慶才開放的森林公園（離花巖山莊不遠），有點遺憾，回去準備把自己家也改造成被動房，強烈建議大家都來體驗一下最舒服的睡眠感
