I booked this hotel for my parents and the outcome was excellent. My mom unfortunately had a leg injury and the staff went above and beyond to look after her. Thank you so much. Location pristine, rooms very comfortable and spacious, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, excellent food. Highly recommend.

It ensured a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere indoors, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's great pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, offering a perfect spot to cool off and relax. Whether you want to swim a few laps or simply lounge by the water, the pool area is a wonderful place to spend time. Overall, Palm Garden Beach Resort offers a great combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

Palm Garden is a great place to relax and unwind.we stayed for 15 days too short. The staff are fantastic, I will say a shout out to Miss Too, who regularly served us with breakfast and sometimes main meals she was so kind and very helpful. In all an excellent 5 star place to holiday.

Excellent hotel. Not luxurious, but allows you to have a great weekend with your family in an atmosphere of calm, friendliness and positivity. Large clean rooms, beautiful grounds, private beach, clean pools, excellent breakfast. The staff is friendly and helps with all questions. The only thing I would like to advise is to place water coolers on the premises, the heat is wild, but you won’t find water...

A very nice complex right on the beach. We felt very comfortable. We had a bungalow with a view of the sea. The complex is very nicely decorated and we had a lot of fun being here. The rooms and the entire complex are very clean and well-maintained. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. We slept very well on the beds. The breakfast is very varied and good. There are small shops in front of the hotel where you can buy sweets and also do laundry cheaply.

A real resort, relaxing and quiet👍🏽It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to Hoi An Ancient Town, which is also very convenient. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite and make you feel at home🫶🏾

I stayed here with two friends! Unbelievable from the price It's a lovely hotel. They even drive you to your room in a small car! Nice pool and private beach The view from the room is great. Breakfast is varied and there are many desserts as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it! We had a great time! Thank you 😊
