A very lovely stay, despite feeling a little sick and tired. Vina went out of her way to provide us with recommendations during our very short visit, and she spoke perfect English, making it feel like we had a dedicated guide available — thank you so much!

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

Spacious room and well maintained

A wonderful hotel located in a quiet, peaceful area. The pool is a great place to cool off after a walk. The old town is close by, easily reached on foot or by taxi. The hostess is very welcoming, always ready to help and offer advice. The room is clean and serviced daily. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This is a sky-high villa, and the owner is very welcoming. Our room is on the top floor and has a great view. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but there is an external freight elevator that can lift and transport luggage. Because I brought an elderly person with me, the owner specially I told them that I could tell them if I wanted to go up or downstairs, but I was really embarrassed to bother the owner all the time, so later I had to go up and down the stairs slowly when I came in and out, which was an alternative experience.

After staying for one night, the landlord repeatedly told me to book a room directly from her the next day. Later, she was very unhappy when I booked a room online. Then on the third and fourth days, I left her place offline (the price was the same as online). Not cheap). As a result, there was a water tank on the roof of the house on the third floor that was very loud. I didn’t get a good rest one night, and my attitude was very bad the next day. I had to check out at 12:00, but if I go through Ctrip, I can do it at 14:00. .Very unpleasant stay

This was the second time visiting Gioan Villa and it was even more fabulous than I remember. Last year I came with two friends for a couple days and this time I was solo, working remotely for two weeks. The hosts run a cooking school which is really worth paratking in. I participated twice as they rotate the menus and its really a lot of fun. This place feels like a home away from home. The hosts are so genuinely warm and welcoming....I recommend it highly....FIVE STARS!!!

Cannot recommend this hotel more highly my family (including two teens) stayed in a family room in early April. Very comfortable room with balcony. Staff are amazing with great communication and help with tours and tailors. Pool was fantastic as was the cooking class. About 10 min walkfrom old quarter but Grabs cos about $2 US which was great for us ad my son had a broken foot which the staff were extremely considerate of. Thanks again Viba was awesome.
