Great and quiet location. Room is clean. Receptionist is there to arrange transfer for you. Most importantly, sound proof is good for quality rest. And the massuers at the spa opp is very very very skillful. Go for their hotstone package. U wun regret it...

The room is sparkling clean, hotel is strategically located at a quiet alley but yet all the attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast provided by hotel is ok, you can get Pho, Cau Lau from the kitchen too.

This a great little boutique hotel close to the night market in Hoi An. It has everything you need, is clean and well serviced. A good selection at breakfast and a small but refreshing pool to cool off in. Surrounded by lots of greenery it is a pleasant spot to stay. Recommend for couples and families.

Location was alright, walking distance to major landmarks. Room was rather dusty but we only stayed for a short 1 night so it was fine for us. It feels more like a hostel to be quite honest. Pool was basically a pond size right by the entrance where passerbys can see. Breakfast starts at 7.30 but we had to leave at 6 to which the reception offered to pack us a breakfast spread to go, which was nice of them. I rated service only 3/5 because we had trouble asking the night reception for a taxi to the airport the next morning as he speaks minimal english. Waited for him to contact the taxi service on the phone for 10 mins and in the end he asked us to use Grab. The morning reception did help us get a taxi though.

Small boutique hotel situated at a quiet area. New and clean. 10 minutes walk to night market. Good location. Breakfast was good too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us in booking our transfers to Hue and even arranged a guided tour to My Son for us. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the Hoi An Night Market and the iconic Japanese Bridge, making it perfect for exploring the old town. They also offer bicycle rentals, which was a great way to get around. Highly recommended!

Take around 10 minutes walking to the old town. Near night market. Can stay here for 1 night.

Small and cosy hotel with the best location and nice freshly made breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is small but closed to the ancient quarter and the night market. The room has a balcony and well furnished. A few drawbacks are hot shower which took a while before working, and somehow the room is humid.

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet location just a few minutes walk to the night market and old town of Hoi An. The hotel was lovely and clean with all you need for a stay away. Nice little pool if you want to cool down. The staff were all lovely and friendly, with great choice of fabulous food for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and in a great location.

This hotel is like a house / shophouse rebuild into a small hotel business at a small alley BUT it is near to night market, walking distance to the ancient town. The staff on site are not very friendly to Asian and I have seen them extra friendly to Caucasian. The night shift male receptionist is extremely rude and he is always sleeping on duty in the front desk even at 10pm-11pm. If we ever wake him for anything, his face is so BLACK and no expression. In general, except for the cleaning lady, all the receptionist always put on a rude face.

The hotel has strategic location near by night market , hoi an bridge and ancient town. Friendly and helpful staff The breakfast have offer many options, western, vegetarian upon request. The room are clean, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Modern hotel and bathroom. Good value for money.

The staff are so sweet and caring! I’d book again to receive their service. The hotel is quite small, more personalized service with 13 rooms, 4 floors with an elevator. Breakfast was a nice variety for such a small hotel), and I loved that they make the eggs (however you want), Cao Lau, or pho in the tiny kitchen. There’s a poll with running water sound on the main floor, bikes for a small rent fee, and balconies off each room (or at least the front facing rooms). I would give this hotel a 3 rating for the trash smell in my room (I think it was trash day the next day and my room may have been right next to that room) but the staff were so sweet, I’m giving this an overall rating if 4 stars

Even though, it's a small hotel and not the best location but it's having some secret charming from the clean and comfy bed room where you can sleep in the whole day. On top of that the services are fantastic as all staffs are showing you to great willingness helping in every request. So impressive this lovely hotel.
