Excellent experience with this hotel.
A very good value for money, all the necessary facilities are there, and especially the receptionist very kind and helpful. A little far from the city center but easily accessible in a few minutes by scooter. I found some small insects in the room but nothing serious.

We stayed for 3 nights. There was no cleaning for all the days, to which the staff said that we need to ask for the room to be cleaned, also next to the house with household goods, there was a terrible smell, the breakfasts were average. The staff is friendly and helpful

Location: It's relatively remote. You have to take Grab to get around. It takes about ten minutes to get to the lively area. There's not much to do nearby. The small spa shop next to it is very expensive (don’t go there)
Environment: I went for the private swimming pool. It was nice to take pictures in that pool, but it was outdoor after all. There were definitely some small insects, and it was very hot and burned my buttocks; the inside of the room was very dilapidated! ! ! There is also a smell, and it is small, and there is no place to put the suitcase. The toilet is also dim and dark. The towels are all dark and old, and I dare not use them. The bathtub is also dark, and there are no disposable slippers. People use them repeatedly. I didn’t dare to wear flip-flops: the air conditioner was also bad, and it was so hot and cold that I couldn’t stand it. And when blowing on the head of the bed, you can only cover your head with the quilt, otherwise the blowing will cause a sensitive nose and headache!
Service: In fact, it is not up to hotel standards at all. It can only be used as a B&B. There is no service at all. I only saw 2 waiters, who were not enthusiastic and did not help with luggage.
Food: This room type has floating breakfast, which is quite rich! Lots of fruit!
Summary: You can stay one night for the purpose of checking in and taking photos. After all, the price of this Alex room type is much more expensive than that of local hotels.

The staff are all very kind and friendly.
I want to stay here again.
Staying here makes me love Hoi An even more.
