The hotel is excellent. It’s located right in the city center. The staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful. The lady at the reception shown in the photos is the essence of warmth, politeness, and professionalism. The breakfast is wonderful. The soups prepared by the chef (shown in the photo) are very tasty. I am truly delighted with this hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 10+. I will definitely return here when I visit Hoi An again

A good hotel for one night, I stayed in a shared room, good shower pressure, everything for convenience is there. The only downside is that the shower isn't very clean and there are cockroaches on the floor in the room.

The room was clean, but it was a shame that there was an occasional smell from the drain in the toilet and shower room. The breakfast was excellent, even had mangoes! There was also a pool, though no one was in it when I was there.

This hotel in the old town has an excellent location and a decent breakfast. However, there's a significant drawback. No matter which room you're in, there will be loud music thumping until morning. In the bathroom, some of the lights above the sink weren't working, only the ones above the shower. And there was a huge cockroach scurrying around. There's a pool, but we didn't use it because it was too cold. I booked a standard room and sent a message to the hotel requesting a quiet room. The girl at reception told me that all such rooms were already occupied. They changed our room to one she said would be quieter, but we had to pay extra for a family room. Run from this hotel if you want a decent rest.

Our first room smelled strongly of sewage so we requested to switch rooms later at night. We got another room, but got woken up early to be told that we need to switch rooms again later in the day. We had to wait until after 12 to be able to move, why they had to wake us up so early I’m still curious about. The breakfast was nice, and the location is perfect. When we had to check out, we were allowed to leave our luggage. And when we had to wait for our night bus, we were allowed to chill in the lobby and make use of a shower while we waited.

Great location right next to lantern river and old town. Easy to access attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast service was good options were limited. Great value for money, Room was spacious a bit old fashioned but amenities available.

The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the water heater was good. (I'm deducting a point because the bathroom door wouldn't close, but I didn't ask for a room change myself 😅). The location is great, close to the old town, just a short walk away. The service was good.

Overall all you can stay for one night or two. It is good location, a little noisy because of the bars and clubs nearby. The hotel staff are very nice. The rooms are dated but the price is good. If you don’t expect much it is probably a potential deal.
