I booked a room with a balcony for 2 nights, but they told me to sleep in the cheapest room without windows one night. When I told them that the price was different from the room I booked, they just kept saying sorry and that they would change the room the next day, which was really absurd. They wouldn't give me my money back while talking like that. Is this some kind of scam? The items in the room were too old and worn out. The bedding had a bad smell, which was unpleasant. There were also too many mosquitoes in the room, so this was the room I got bitten the most while I was in Vietnam. There are many better places to stay in a similar price range, so there's no need to choose this place.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic about introducing the tour. The exchange rate was poor. There was a massage parlor next door. It took about 8-10 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. Breakfast was a la carte.

Very good B&B. The room is super big and cheap. The owner’s service is very good.
A four-person room is only 1,300 and has a large balcony. It will be my first choice next time I stay there. It’s very good. I like it very much.

The owner took the initiative to upgrade to a large family room. The service is courteous and the location is convenient. You can walk to the night market within 10 minutes. The French baguette for breakfast was crispy. Because I had French baguette with egg ramen, the portion was sufficient. I just felt that the French baguette lacked a little butter 😂 Value for money high!

The host was very friendly. They have help us on the in n out luggages. Even Tour and transit are available and provide quite a number of recommendations. Not to mention, free bicycles for daily use!
