I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel.
At first, everything seemed fine, and the host was very friendly. However, you shouldn’t expect too much for what you pay. It’s really a case of “you get what you pay for.”
The room was very small, which I accepted, but what I couldn’t tolerate was the cleanliness. The toiletries provided were minimal, and the bathroom was super small and felt dirty. On my last night, I even saw a cockroach and kept hearing it crawling around, which made me very uncomfortable. 😣
Breakfast was also just so-so. Despite its convenient location near the night market, I’m 90% sure I won’t stay at this homestay again.

It was very convenient and easy to access Hoi An Old Town and the night market.
Breakfast was a style where you could choose from the menu, but the tour departed early both times during the two nights, so we could only choose the menu that was served the soonest, which was disappointing.
Still, the staff was very kind and prepared breakfast earlier than the regular breakfast time.
The shower had a glass wall between the sink and the shower, so the sink got wet when you used it.
The floor was slippery when wet, but there were flip-flops in the room, and I wore them when I took a shower and it wasn't slippery, so I recommend using sandals.
The towels were thin and quite well-used, so they were not very absorbent.
The hair dryer was quite weak, so it took a long time to dry my hair.
The facilities were a little old, but overall I think it was a good hotel.

AT first i was disappointed that i accidentally book a “home stay” type of accommodation instead of a hotel. But that disappointment vanish when i saw the room. My friends and I could tell that the owner made a lot of effort to make the guests feel comfortable. E.g. they put different size of towels, hooks to hang towel and clothes below the rack. Daily cleaning and very clean floor. They seem really trying their best to match hotel services. The owner is friendly, speak good English and helpful. They help to arrange all our tours at reasonable rate. Offered us drinks when we came back from outing and serve very good breakfast. We had big plates of 4 different of fruits on top of our choice of breakfast daily. The location is perfect. 3 minutes from the night market and the river, yet it’s not noisy because it’s at the end of the street. There’s plenty of massage and shopping around it. I would really recommend Rock Mouse if you go to Hoi Ann

The hotel is very good located, within walking distance to all attractions in the old town. The owner was extremely nice and helpful to us. We arrived very early in the morning and could have breakfast without charge and we allowed to leave our luggage at the reception until we could check in. Very recommendable !

Veldig hyggelig personale, og fine rom. Veødig gode senger. Flott basseng, men skulle gjerne hatt noen flere solsenger og møbler ved bassenget. Bestiller gjerne her igjen 😊 Perfekt beliggenhet, i en rolig gate, men veldig nært nattmarkedet og gamlebyen.
