If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Do not stay here! The pictures shown on trip do not reflect the dirty, unhygienic state that this hotel is in. The stairs heading up to the room are dirty, broken and covered in dust, and there were two dirty rags on the steps. Inside the room, there were cobwebs near the ceiling, stains and marks on the walls, bathroom was filthy (featuring a big cockroach), the blanket on the bed had no cover on it (very unhygienic) and was stained. There was a part of the floating floor that not connected and we slipped on it as it presented a trip hazard. The shower did not have a curtain and so water got all over the bathroom when we showered. It also had stains in the tub. We were not given fresh towels or toilet paper after our first night - apparently they only give you fresh linen every 2 days- something not explained to us on check in. When we tried to get some assistance the front desk was empty and I ended up standing next to the front desk and calling them repeatedly on my phone before someone appeared after 10minutes. We informed them of the dirty state of the room and asked for a refund for the rest of our stay. This was denied. Throughout the night other guests had their door open and were screaming super loudly. The hotel staff did nothing to stop this. The next day we decided to check out early, again offered no refund/compensation. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here!! Avoid at all costs.

Very good location, quiet in a busy area, you can get a good sleep quality; the lady and the guy at the counter are very kind and friendly.

Early check-in requires an additional 100,000 VND. I stayed in room 502. The air conditioner was set to 18°C, which finally cooled things down and made the room comfortable. There was little electricity, so the room was dimly lit at night. The tap water was hot, but it smelled of iron, so bottled water would be better if you were going to drink it.

This is my second visit They treat me kindly every time I come So I rest comfortably I made a reservation for one day But I was planning to stay for two more days But the reservation was full so I had no choice but to go somewhere else It is located near Ben Thanh Market and is convenient for transportation
