A horrible hotel. Old, outdated, no customer service. Poor quality. No receipt, no price list, and breakfast buffet doesn’t exist, only happens on the weekends or when they have enough guests. Terrible experience.

The service from the lady at the counter was terrible! Deluxe room, we were the first to check in Three friends all on different floors! And they all arrange the smallest rooms on the same floor! I told her that there was nothing I could do! We went up to the deluxe room and all other rooms were available! The attitude is really bad, we will change to other hotels next time! What a pity, we always choose this restaurant every time we come here, because of the service of the lady at the counter, we always choose other restaurants next time! We checked in on the morning of 3/15

Location, friendly staff are great. But the hotel itself like the lobby and the rooms seems to be a bit worn out. Bed was ok. The cleaning is also ok but it doesn’t look clean. It could use a serious renovation. For me : it was overpriced. Breakfast was not so great. You can have it till 10 am. I arrived mostly around 9 am and many things were not available any more. Like fruit or toast or hot coffee. The buffet didn’t look inviting. The bathroom certainly need a good renovation. It is cleaned every day but is does not look clean.
