it was good.. id definitely would love to be back. its our 2nd. i like the room, its clean and comfy. its so close to restaurants. and got a good deal for 3 days. there was no issue on the card..the staffs are accomodating. However, there was probably a miscommunication on the modification i requested by email. i did it via trip.com but the frontliner said she didnt get an email. tho she helped us still as i was coming in late from travel and my roomate came ahead of me. Coincidentally, i noticed the exhaust fan in the washroom isnt working..but its better than the first time we stayed, where exhaust fan was too loud its attached to the lights when its on.anyway, its not a big issue for us. we still find it convenient to stay. breakfast is basic, and its all good.

Horrible customer service from Paul at the front desk. Seemed to go out of his way to be obstructive and unhelpful and also appeared to take great delight in being as unhelpful as possible. Went on about “hotel policy” but when I checked he was just making it up as he went along. Awful.

Well located hotel, across the Stampeders stadium.

Better services and care

The breakfast items were decent. But the rooms, beds, beddings were shabby. There was a smell in the hallway and the rooms, that felt unclean.

Normal hotel. Just close to main road. Easy to access

Can’t sleep here.It’s like a ghost hotel. Please arrange a refund for us.

Well located hotel next to the tram station. Breakfast is simple. Rooms are large, but old. The partnership with Denny's restaurant gives you a discount.

The location is good but the rooms are dark.

The room is too old, the appearance is not good, the price is very good, the breakfast is acceptable, just average

It's a decent motel with all the facilities.
