Free parking but always full, have to park opposite side where the toilet is, hope there is no fine! Lovely place! I saw fireworks where I was there. Room is clean and free drinks everyday!

The hotel provides free parking. In house onsen is nice. Walking distance to train station and attractions. Breakfast options are limited.

Good place to rest, overall good experience and suitable for 2 days 1 night stay!

Hotel is old but charming. Tatami style room is small tidy but not very clean (found 1 bed bug crawling around the comforter😱. Onsen is fine but looks aged. But hotel welcome drink when check in is unlimited beer and numerous types of sake is excellent. Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly

The hotel's Welcome Service lounge offers free drinks, snacks, desserts and alcoholic beverages from 3pm to 9pm.

There is a shuttle service from Toya Station, just make an appointment in advance. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby for you to use. In front of the hotel is the street view of Toya, and there is also a free foot bath next to it.

The hotel is quite nice. Check-in is self-service and you need to fill in the order number, which is the number given by the hotel, so you must check in before 21:00, otherwise you will not be able to check in if there is no one at the front desk. There is a welcome snack in the lobby and free drinks in the side rooms, which is really great for drinkers. I booked a room with a bathroom, but I also went to their big bath to soak in the hot springs. Although it is not big, it is very good. There is also a small open-air bath. I like it 😊

Although the building itself feels old, it was well maintained and we had a comfortable stay. Both of the hot springs, which are alternated for men and women, were truly relaxing. The sake bar in the lobby was amazing and guests can enjoy it for free. Everything about this hotel was excellent, but the staff were especially wonderful and full of hospitality. The only thing that was disappointing was that one guest let their dog run loose in the lobby, where it kept jumping up and barking at other guests, and the owner just let it. I don't think all guests like dogs, so I hope the inn will make rules to ensure that owners keep a close eye on them.

The stay was very satisfactory. The location is also good, and you can reach the lake by walking. I am not used to the breakfast, but the variety is OK. The free wine, drinks and snacks in the lobby are all delicious.

The hotel is mainly for hot springs♨️, there are no other facilities to speak of. The room settings are mainly traditional Japanese design, and the bathroom in the room is very small. The hotel lobby provides alcohol, food and snacks, which is considerate😘; the hotel staff are very friendly and assist guests👍🏻; you can walk to a convenience store in about 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is close to Lake Toya, and it is very leisurely to take a walk by the lake.
