The hotel room is spacious and the view is fantastic, service is excellent and the hotel staff are great. The only set back is that cleanliness is a bit lack off, the hotel floor is dusty and sticky, the window glass is not clean.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality was outstanding. The butler Bajin八斤 was extremely friendly and made us feel like VIPs, as if we were at a 5-star establishment. They were always there to pick us up and take us to where we needed to go. Everything about the hotel was great, and the view was simply fantastic! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The waiters Bajin and Zhuoma were very enthusiastic and attentive in entertaining us. The hotel environment is very clean and the scenery is also charming. The only drawback is that the second floor of the room is very hot. Thanks to Bajin for bringing an air conditioner up for us, it was a little cooler. The hotel is located next to Lugu Lake, facing the Goddess Mountain. Because it was off-season, the hotel upgraded our room for free.
