Don't book a special offer room. This is a chain hotel. There were no rooms at the location we booked, so they asked us to go to another one of theirs, and we agreed. It's difficult to communicate in a foreign country, but we agreed. When we got to the hotel, they said the room was not cleaned yet. We left our luggage at the front desk and went out. When we came back to the room in the evening, we were shocked. One is in the basement with no windows, and the other is in the elevator shaft on the top floor, next to the distribution room and the noise is extremely loud. After negotiating with the front desk, we added 150,000 Vietnamese dong to change the room. All in all, the experience was very poor, but the front desk service was very good!

I couldn't book a hotel near SECC, so I booked this one. The environment is average, but the service is first-rate. They helped me call a taxi and fix the TV. The service attitude is super good. It is about the same level as domestic hotels, but the service is definitely five-star.

The room was nice

The room is okay. The hotel is not big. Generally speaking, it's relatively close to the exhibition. It's okay.

First of all, the girl at the front desk always serves with a smile, and she is in a good mood. 1. Location: District 7, 40-50 minutes away from Tan Son Nhat Airport. Near SECC Saigon International Convention and Exhibition (2.5km). 2. Eat: There are many Korean restaurants downstairs, which are not my favorite type, and then turn right to the end, there is KFC. 3. OK: There are a lot of taxis downstairs, all of which are metered. 4. Rental: Motorcycle rental, driver's license is required. 5. The sound insulation is average, and you can hear ~~ sound.

There are ants in the room, the facilities are old, the sheets are yellow, the front desk does not speak English, communication is difficult
