Sky Gem Hotel - Ben Thanh Reviews

The furnitures in my photos matched my room type, but the condition of it is rather worn. Much easier to see aged signs due to laminates. Mine was a simpler room setup. Shower area was a curtain bathtub, not a glassed standing shower area. Walls and doors were rather thin, and you can hear walkway activity and next door toilet plumbing. Fortunately all the neighbour guests were not obnoxious and kept noises to a minimum. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly decent in taste. It isn’t a continental spread but for the price I felt it was very worth it. Their Viet French Loaf (without any fillings) was great after toasting; pork noodle soup was simple yet tasty. And we still had options for eggs cooked on the spot too. Just disappointed with one last thing is that the pillows had a very used smell. Less than ideal on that. Some minor blemished stain marks on sheets and towels, but at least it is cleaned and these are just permanent stains. May return if price is right.

Best location, 3 min walk to Ben Thanh Market, pool is clean and staff were friendly.

Service is very good,the hotel is very clean,the front desk especially Henry and the bell boys are very very helpful and friendly,surely will come back again and will recommend friends to stay.

Good hotel will stay again in the future .. near to lots of eatery

Modern rooms very well renovated ... but bed was old saggy mattress.. hot water not very hot... breakfast better than most staff very helpful

A short-stay hotel suitable for backpackers. It’s not luxurious, but it’s functional! The neighborhood is very lively and there are many restaurants of the same type. After comparing with so many hotels, what impressed me most was the decoration and layout of the lobby. The actual room was very ordinary and old.
