I shall stick to this hotel in future. Stayed higher end ones previously but this is already excellent considering the price.

This hotel is good, but I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel. The facility or the building does not have that Grand vibe you would feel at a typical 5 star hotel. The building and room size are rather normal/standard compare to the other 4 stars hotel I stayed at in HCM city. Given that said, the location is good, room is clean, service was great so there is nothing else to nick pick about. If the price seems fair or a bargain compare to other 5 fives in the area you can book it with confidence.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the smooth check-in process. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very sift spoken and accommodating.

Nice new hotel on a good location. However the breakfast is poor by standard. The pancake, waffles and bread were frozen type and stone cold when served. Small pool and gym. Very crowded pool with kids therefore no chance to enjoy.

The staff was very friendly, it’s near Ben than market. The only bad thing is the hotel is badly soundproofed.

We stayed at La Siesta Hotel from 27th to 29th November 2024, and it was an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with lots of amenities. The 55” TV with numerous channels was a great touch, but the highlight was definitely the balcony, which added so much charm to the stay. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, helpful, and very attentive. Their warmth truly made our stay even better. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby throughout my time there. Another big plus is the location of the hotel. It’s very close to halal eateries, just a short walking distance, making it very convenient for Muslim travelers. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh!

The worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. Before my visit: - directly informed the hotel 3 days prior to my check-in date about an additional adult guest and agreed to pay VND1.49mil surcharge to “upgrade” room - hotel sales team confirmed the room proposed would fit a third single bed as requested - booking updated and provided them our estimated time of arrival to ensure smooth check-in experience Once arrived at the hotel: - waited over 20minutes in the lobby only to hear that the reception didn’t receive the updated booking request from the hotel sales team - after showing email correspondences we were lead to a room with 3 single beds tightly placed one next to the other (completely filling the width of the room), in a manner where one would face the room entrance door and even the bed side table moved under the opposite writing desk - was told by reception staff the upgrade is complimentary (?) and we, guests, should know the size and description of the room type/size we were offered - after exhausting communications the staff showed us a “bigger” room which we could buy (as in pay additional) - then we were told they’re fully booked and a bigger room is only available the next day, which means we would need to move rooms in a 2-nights stay - running out if patience the final solution provided was to move to their sister hotel located nearby Conclusion: - waisted a total of 2.5 hours with my mother aged 64 feeling unwell at the time - after our dinner with local friends (which we arrived late for) the hotel *surprise* had the bigger room available the same night - multiple times the words used (maybe poor english) suggested we were at fault or forced to accept because we confirmed the upgrade, even though it’s clearly due to oversight and miscommunication between internal teams - although in the end we stayed at the bigger room without additional charge, there was no mention about the initial VND1.49mil (we paid upon arrival) - didn’t bother to take any photos no photos of the rooms and hotel as we were preoccupied and inconvenienced - unfortunately leaving with a bad impression to our short stay

La Siesta Saigon offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms are modern and well-kept, the rooftop pool and bar provide stunning city views, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. A great value stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Service was great - all staff were super accomodating, friendly and had great recommendations. Awesome location, very central.

The hotel is located within walking distance from all major sightseeing spots and good restaurants. The breakfast spread is more Western. It would have been nice to have more local food offerings. The staff were wonderful and always ready to lend a hand and give you a warm smile. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to those who will stay in HCM.
