Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. It was evident that the cleaning staff did not perform a thorough job, as there was dust and dirt left unaddressed. Secondly, I noticed that the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Lastly, I found my clothes placed on the floor, which I found disrespectful and unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I believe it is essential for your team to address them in order to enhance guest satisfaction in the future. This motel looks good. It was clean and reasonably modern. Unfortunately our room was at the front and had some road noise and the wind was whistling and buffeting on the glass. Otherwise it's an okay motel with small rooms

Nice place to stay. feels like a motel then an hotel. Small room. small bed. Basic amenities.

The Best Western Plus Buckingham International was very nice. Located out of the City in the suburbs but within walking distance to local shops, train station and a large shopping mall 5 mins drive away. There is still some sort of construction going on but I didn’t hear any noise as I was out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant or pool. Reception is currently operating from a ground floor room instead of its original location. One thing though, the phone in my room and the safe did not work. If you plan to use these I’d suggest you check them at the beginning of your stay and talk to the staff. The staff were great. I’d stay there again.

Our stay was overall satisfactory and would definitely stay here again. The rooms themselves were clean, comfy and spacious, the TVs were working fine, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location suited us just fine with free parking. I would just make a few small suggestions for improvement: 1) Please check your rooms before guests check in, including safes, to make sure everything is fine. My safe was locked with something rather unpleasant found inside once it was eventually opened! 2) Please make sure the rooms are all made up by the time guests get back. The other two I travelled with complained about their rooms not being made up a couple of times. 3) Anything that’s not working, eg washing machine, promptly put a sign outside notifying others it is out of order. Other than that, no complaints, and as said, would definitely come back here!

Wasn't too bad. Breakfast was pretty average, didn't even have gluten free bread. Staff were ok. Bed was average. Was quite clean though. Bathroom was tiny. Nice little garden spaced though.

The room was actually OK. There were two floors with no elevator. This time the room was on the first floor. But the breakfast was less eggy than before, and the meat was a little thinner. There were no vegetables. But there was yogurt. The air conditioner was not noisy and was good. The bed could be moved. The location was good and easy to find.

The room was nice. But residents should remember to bring their own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste🤔The environment and services are very good. Breakfast was also good. Forgot to bring my swimsuit and didn't experience the swimming pool.
