The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom. We didn’t use the medical services so can’t say nothing about it, the pools are nice

The hotel hot spring is great. We went there after dinner. There were almost no people outside. It just ended a little early.

A hotel I never imagined. The breakfast and dinner were great. The indoor hot spring exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go there again next time.

The price is good with two meals included and the hotel is also good

Clean and tidy

酒店位於温泉小鎮，沒啥人氣，很多餐廳酒店都關了，衹有一座教堂可以拍拍照。酒店自帶了泳池和温泉，早上七點開，晚上八點就關了

The hotel is excellent and family-friendly, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant is large, the buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was very tasty. The wellness area is big, with children’s pools as well, and the outdoor pools are also great. The staff is kind and friendly throughout. The hotel is centrally located — the city center with its pedestrian streets is just a short walk away. The only downside is that there are very few on-site parking spots. However, there is a large nearby parking lot where guests can park at a discounted rate if the hotel’s parking is full.

I do not recommend this hotel for visits. The reception staff speak English, but in most other parts of the hotel, communication in English is difficult. The restaurant provides no information about ingredients in the dishes, which is dangerous for people with food allergies. Guests with dietary restrictions are not properly informed or protected. Some of the medical staff were rude during procedures, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Most of the staff do not greet guests or say “Good morning” or “Good day,” showing a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and staff attitude. This hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star spa destination.

We are so happy that we chose Hotel Europa Fit Superior Heviz for our company retreat. The manager, Koroncz Eszter, is very professional and attentive. All the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. We used the conference room every day, and it was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the spa a lot. The food is very delicious, with a great variety. We definitely recommend this hotel for both business and private holidays!

Clean and sophisticated environment. Variety of food on offer. A children's play area called Roomli has opened, with wonderful supervision. Happy faces, nice smiles. Business and friendly chats while everyone has a good time. ------------- Tiszta és igényes környezet. Választékos étel kínálat. Roomli néven gyermekjátszó nyílt, csodálatos felügyelettel. Vidám arcok, kedves mosolyok. Üzleti és baráti beszélgetések miközben mindenki jól érzi magát.

This is a great hotel. My room was really comfortable, nice comfy bed. I appreciated the empty fridge for my water, variety of glasses provided. Kettle and coffee machine provided. I was extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and evening meal, both included in my half-board. Totally delicious, massive variety, every meal delicious. Outdoor pools very clean and well cared for. Thermal pool inside and outside. I would definitely go back to this hotel. You can easily walk to the thermal lake from the hotel. The hotel kindly lent us woggles without charge. I loved the lake and would love to return there. We paid for a three hour session, a very memorable experience. I had two massages at the hotel, they were great. I would really like to go back to this location and if I did would definitely return to this hotel.
