Such a pleasant place to stay! The owners were very thoughtful and kind and helped it feel like home! It was also a great location for hiking Hengshan - we would gladly stay again.

The room is exactly as what has been seen on the photo. The breakfast is very delicious. Service provided is excellent! I called to arrange for pick up and the driver is super friendly. Nothing to fault, everything is a star!

The hotel is great! The location is very close to the temple and also to the mountain! The staff are fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful! They can pick you up and drop you off from the railway station and the bus station! I had to change my travel plans last minute, and they helped me change the drop off time and location! The room is very clean and the amenities are great! The roof has a lovely terrace with a great view of the mountains! The food at the hotel is also great! I ate all of my meals at the hotel, and everything was delicious! If I ever return to hike the mountain, I will definitely stay here!

Location is convenient to place of interest. The best is the aircon kept us very warm and comfortable during our stay. Very reconnended.

旅遊淡季人不多，房間裝修得還可以，但是我總覺得民宿就是民宿，很討厭用個投影儀看電視，你開燈就看不了，現在沒幾個人願意看電影的。另外，我點了兩個菜，炒的是差強人意，回鍋肉用的是肉絲炒辣椒，青菜就是一個小白菜。早知道這樣我就去路口飯店吃了，以後我覺得還是住酒店舒服點。

酒店離南嶽大廟，衡山遊客中心都很近，交通方便，身處商業街旁，附近美食也很多。設施挺新，房間乾淨舒適，有智能馬桶。
但入住體驗不好，對服務質量不滿意：
1.入住的時候，酒店在裝修。第一天跟前台説了裝修噪音影響，裝修有稍停了半個小時多小時。但是，第二天一早不到8點，又是開始裝修，根本無法睡覺。
2.房間無法調出央視，打電話給前台，前台説在忙，很快會上來。但是，等了半小時，還要打幾次電話，才上來幫忙調出央視。
3.入住是兩晚的，但是前台衹寫了一晚，問前台，前台説沒事。第二天遊玩回來，就進不了門。然後問前台，前台説了一大堆，説她們的系統衹能登記一天的，是公安局規定的，公安局要求人臉比對，講了一大堆別的亳無相關的，就是不承認她們工作失誤，造成住客麻煩。
4.入住第一天和第二天早上態度都是比較冷，在第二天晚上對前台反映了對服務質量不滿意後，服務質量有改善。第三天明顯可以看到熱情，服務質量有提高。
