"It was a very bad check-in experience. I called the hotel many times before arriving, but no one responded. As a result, I didn't have any information or method to check in when I arrived. I uploaded messages on the phone, whatsapp, and trip.com, but failed to get any effective communication. My friends and I were trapped outside for twenty minutes in freezing temperatures... The hotel facilities are normal, except that I didn't get any information so I don't know that there is no hair dryer. Everyone can only dry their hair in the room by heating."
