Royale De' Casa Resort Kaziranga ★★★★
"The experience here was superb. A beautifully made hotel with nice decoration, wooden furniture is added value. The staff are really nice and coordial. Our one night stay towards guwahati was well decided. We just checked in and got the room. The house keeping staff were so helpful and kind."
Sneha Bhawan Kaziranga ★★★
"The owner was very accommodating to our needs. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the stay comfortable."
Resort Borgos ★★★★
"We had a wonderful time here at Borgos, Great service from all staff members. One person helped us out immensely and was so kind. My husband had a back problem and wanted a hard bed. She was so helpful in arranging for a different bed immediately on request and was smiling throughout. Her name is Parishmita. God bless her!"
Habitas Rhino by Nature Hunt ★★★
"Rooms are tidy , workers are easy to approach and their services are excellent . The food are good and not forgetting the bonfire, it is amazing . We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Aluwin is a must rated boy who is always willing to help ."
Mandu the Escape ★★★
"The overall experience was good, and the staff is very courteous. Few things could have been better though. Outside area of the premium cottage balcony is bit dirty and the rooms needs to be bit more cleaned."
Shoolin Woods ★★★
"The attitude of their management is highly unprofessional. They don't return your booking amount if there is an alteration in your programme. It needs a lot of follow ups to get back your booking amount. Moreover the price of the venue is exorbitantly high."
Hongthor Resort ★★★
"Very disappointing experience with Hongthor Resort, Kaziranga I made a booking at Hongthor Resort, Kaziranga National Park, on 22 July and made 100% payment as required. However, on 15 September, the resort cancelled my booking. I was informed that the cancellation was because they had received better rates from another agent. If this is indeed the reason, I find it extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Once a booking has been confirmed and full payment has been received, customers should be able to rely on that reservation being honoured. Fortunately, my booking was for March, so I still have some time to make alternative arrangements. However, this situation has put me in a very embarrassing position, especially because I had made these arrangements for foreign guests who are travelling to Kaziranga. Having to explain to them that our confirmed accommodation was cancelled because the resort apparently received a better rate elsewhere was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. Customers make travel plans based on confirmed bookings and full payments. A reservation should be treated as a commitment, not cancelled later because a more profitable opportunity becomes available. I sincerely hope the management reviews how confirmed bookings are handled. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in the resort, and I would expect better transparency and professionalism from a hospitality business."
