I came to Harbin on a business trip and saw this hotel on Ctrip. I was very satisfied with my trip, so I'm writing a review. First, upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by its impressive facade. It's a standalone building, which is very convenient for someone like me who values ​​privacy. Secondly, the front desk service was excellent, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The receptionist was very tall. Finally, the hotel facilities were great, and the little Donald Duck was adorable. Because I booked a special rate room for a longer stay, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a higher room type, which I appreciated. There were robots, too, and the room was clean and had a small refrigerator, which was nice. I especially appreciated the breakfast. I'm a big fan of breakfast, and I was surprised by how generous it was. The flavors were a bit like home-style Northeastern cuisine, and it was very satisfying and satisfying. The only downside was that I arrived late on the second day, so there wasn't much left. Perhaps they'd all eaten it. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip. I'll book again if I'm back in Harbin. When booking a room, my only requirement was a clean room, so I specifically booked a hotel that had only just opened 25 years earlier. Overall, the hotel facilities were fine. I booked a room with a window, which was nice. However, there was one thing that really stood out: I found blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases. At first, I only noticed a small stain on the pillowcase, so I asked customer service to change it. They didn't say anything. After the concert, I returned to the room and unwrapped the covers to find blood stains on the sheets. I was devastated, but the housekeeping staff had already left work, so I asked front desk to bring the sheets and we could change them ourselves. They didn't say anything. The most frustrating thing was that it was already midnight, and customer service made us wait nearly half an hour for the sheets to arrive. Don't you even check the beds carefully before making them? Or did they forget to change the bedding after the previous guest left? What a flaw! Even the best service was completely negated by this!

I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but I mentioned to the front desk staff that I was worried about noise facing the street. The guy at the front desk was great and upgraded my room type right away. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, the facilities are new and odorless, and the bed was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Harbin for a business trip, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Watching a concert at the stadium, the distance here is just within walking distance. The distance to the subway is good, and the location near the main street is easy to find. The environment is good, there is no smell in the room, and the sheets and quilts are clean. The facilities are simple and generous and have everything you need. I thought a hotel in the city center for over 700 yuan a night would be fine, but I didn't expect all the windows to be behind glass, with no external ventilation. If you mind, don't book. This building looks like a converted commercial building. Second, the toilet is a fake smart toilet 😂, it just flushes automatically and doesn't even clean your butt. Please don't mislead guests. The new renovation still has a bit of a stale feel. Overall, if the price is over 600 yuan, I advise against booking it; it's simply not worth it. The decor is new and certainly looks good, but the overall hardware, software, and service aren't up to par with a four-diamond rating. You should try other hotels. There are much better hotels in Shenyang for the same price in the city center for over 700 yuan. I still can't figure out how they got that price! How did they get a diamond rating? It makes me angry just thinking about it!
