Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Upon check-in, despite numerous attempts to adjust it, the air conditioning wasn't cooling and offered no airflow. I was sweating profusely. I called the front desk to request a room change, but a male staff member told me the hotel was fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. He also claimed the AC had just been serviced and that no one else had reported any issues. It wasn't until the heat became utterly unbearable that a staff member finally came to inspect it, confirming that the air conditioning was indeed faulty! My child was also suffering terribly from the heat. I called the front desk again. A female staff member then offered to upgrade our room and asked me to pick up a new key card at reception. However, she also instructed me to cancel my existing Ctrip booking under 'personal reasons' so they could re-process my check-in. I refused to do this. I suspect this was simply a tactic to prevent me from leaving a negative review on Ctrip. If a hotel provides genuinely good service, who would leave a bad review? In my opinion, hotels should operate with more sincerity and fewer tricks. On a side note, the hotel facilities are decent, but the shower water temperature was very inconsistent, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. The underground parking is only complimentary for 12 hours per day. For example, I left my car parked for three days straight and was charged 60 RMB. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Wanda Plaza and situated directly above Xicheng Hongchang shopping mall. That sums up my experience.

Our high-speed train arrived close to 10 PM. As we were traveling with elderly parents and a child, we booked this hotel for its proximity. It wasn't quite as close as we'd hoped, so I called the hotel in advance. The staff member informed me that the shuttle driver had already finished his shift for the night and offered to pick us up personally. After getting off the train, I called him and he promptly came to pick us up. I expected him to come by car, but to my surprise, the young man walked over. He enthusiastically helped us with our luggage – we had three suitcases and two very heavy backpacks. There was no elevator, and he carried everything up and down the stairs by himself. He was incredibly diligent, efficient, and friendly. Upon reaching the hotel, he was dripping with sweat but still immediately poured us some water. I was truly touched by his kindness. I believe his name tag read Liu Haoyu. He truly deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel owner should really value such an employee! The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is nothing short of excellent. The value for money is truly exceptional! The next day, we stayed at the Wanda Realm, and its hardware wasn't as good as this hotel's (apart from having a bathtub). The room window there was also very small, but we left early in the morning, so it didn't really affect us. Our sincere thanks once more to Mr. Liu. We are deeply grateful!

Aside from the name, everything about Atour was just like theirs. The service was warm and welcoming; the front desk staff even upgraded our room for free when they saw we had a child, ensuring a better experience. The facilities were complete, and the place was clean and hygienic. I would definitely come back if I had the chance to visit Harbin again. This time we drove, but if we were taking the train, it would be incredibly close to Harbin West Railway Station, making transportation extremely convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. In short, it's a great choice!

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the facilities are very new, and the parking lot is particularly large. Friends who drive don’t have to worry about parking spaces. Shopping malls are also nearby. Across the street is a clothing wholesale mall, and to the west is the Haixi Wanda Plaza. Most importantly, it is close to the Haixi High-speed Railway Station, making travel very convenient.

The room was lovely, and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the common areas were also fantastic. This place is definitely worth recommending, and I'll absolutely stay here again next time.

I thought it would be good when I booked the room, but I was disappointed. The hotel is in a business building. There are four elevators for merchants in the front, and hotel residents can only take the freight elevator at the back, which often takes a long time. There were even two large garbage bins transported in one day, which was very smelly. As soon as I got out of the elevator, there was a lot of white cloth covering the carpet. The waiter said that the carpet had just been cleaned, but the white cloth was not removed two days later. The decoration in the room was average, the sofa was very dirty, and the rest was basically clean. The breakfast was OK and filling.

The hotel is very grand from its appearance to its overall scale, and the surrounding supporting environment is very mature. I didn't expect it to be so close to the subway station and next to IKEA, so it's very convenient to go shopping, go out to Wanda Plaza and Jinjue MixC. I looked at the map and it's about 1 km away from Harbin West High-speed Railway Station. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete, which fully meets my needs for accommodation. The breakfast is super rich, especially the dumplings made on the spot at the stall. You can ask for Northeastern specialty sauerkraut stuffing or three fresh stuffing according to your taste. I give a thumbs up to the front desk and room attendants. When I checked in at the front desk, I introduced many special food stores to me. The room was cleaned very carefully. I have high requirements for air quality, and they also prepared an air purifier for me. I didn't expect it to be very warm. Very good accommodation experience, and I will often visit this hotel. I heard from the hotel that this is the first hotel in Harbin that is truly managed by Hilton Group. It's really awesome 👍👍

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.
