Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

Service: I received a greeting call on the morning of the check-in day. Whether passing by the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very polite. The staff training was good👍 and they also gave me souvenirs. The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised when I opened the room after entering it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

The location is very close to Harbin West Station and it is very convenient to take the bus. The surrounding shops are very convenient for shopping, such as drinks, fruits, and pharmacies. I can see that the facilities in the hotel are maintained every day, and the aunt helps to clean and discard garbage every day and make the beds. There is also a duty staff at the front desk at night, so that guests feel at ease. The environment in the room is the same as the hotel introduction!

The hotel is not bad, the presence of a bath played a key role in choosing it. The room itself is quite simple - a bed, a large table and a smaller table, sofas and a TV. There is a separate bathroom, a big plus is that the toilet and shower are separated, you don't often see this in Asia. Relatively clean, but it is clear that secluded places (under the bed, windows, shelves) require more thorough cleaning. There is no soundproofing, you could hear someone watching TV in the next room. On the plus side, there is no smoke, smart lighting, a mini-fridge and a kettle, shower accessories. There is also hot water, enough to fill the bath. The trip's website says that there are breakfasts, but at the reception the girl said that there are none, food delivery is helpful. The view from the window is ordinary, the weather was unlucky, so we did not see anything beautiful, and since this is the area of ​​the railway, we would hardly have seen anything. It could also be the location or structure, but the connection is almost non-existent, so at the counter they kindly give you the password for the Wi-Fi in the room, but it is very weak, we watched the movie with difficulty. Overall, I liked it.

The room was very warm and the bed was relatively comfortable. The location is very close to the West Railway Station, 5 minutes by taxi. Nearby shopping malls: Wanda, Vientiane, but we didn’t want to go shopping and didn’t go shopping much. The nearest subway is about 10 minutes' walk away, which is not too far. You need to transfer to Central Street. The service of the lady at the front desk is quite enthusiastic. Some suggestions: 1. The towels and bath towels in the room are relatively old and not very clean. 2. The bath water is not hot during peak periods. It is recommended to increase the temperature. 3. Add care supplies such as cotton swabs 4. The water smells a bit off, but it’s acceptable.

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

The staff at Cinemusic Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, and the ceilings were lower than expected. Despite that, the warm hospitality and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay! btw we extended our stay here!

very good customer service from the reception. They gave good advice, e.g, the correct app used on how to book the beijing attractions for foreigner . Feel comfort to stay there . Subway or MRT is 200m and alot of food and shopping center below the hotel.
