Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

Service: On the morning of the check-in, I received a greeting call. Whether it was through the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the room sister were very polite. The staff training was good. 👍 I also sent a souvenir. I also had a souvenir in the hotel where I lived in Luoyang Kaifeng and other places, but they were all more fooling. 😂 I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised to open it after entering the room. There are candy refrigerators and earplugs. Hand cream is a plus. 👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprises me most is the soft sticker of the sink and bedside table corner. Consider the details.  Smart toilet with humidifier and disposable toilet pad in the bathroom. Very thoughtful 👍 Environment: Nearby is the business district. It is very convenient to eat and shop. There are also schools. If you come to the exam, choose here. It is really close (Breakfast is on the 23rd floor. A Feng restaurant can be used for dishes.

The room is very large and the twin beds are all 1.5 beds. The two people's suitcases are paralyzed on the ground and will not hinder passage. Service: To the front desk lady, and the aunt who planned on the road, I gave a big praise 👍. Miss sister a WeChat name is A Xin. The service is very good and the smile is super sweet. She helps guide her mother to use the washing machine dryer. When she leaves, other front desk ladies are very enthusiastic to help guide the elevator. I also presented a cute sugar gourd refrigerator sticker, and drew a complete end to my trip to Harbin ～. PS: This building is very invincible for a long time, it is recommended that friends catch the traffic and reserve at least 15 minutes for the elevator.

The house is very clean, and the whole house is smart home, there are refrigerators and washing machines. It is really convenient. The little brother at the front desk has a very good service attitude and prepared a drink. The boat and car came to Harbin and got warmth here.

Harbin is such a wonderful place and this hotel made the stay that much better. “Xiao Yu” was super super friendly at the front desk and was able to converse in English, making check-in super quick. The room was super spacious and the toiletries package was great. The shower had great water pressure and the bathtub was exquisite. Many great places to eat within walking distance as well. Looking forward to the next time I can stay here again!

I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level. Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather. I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service. 24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.

I booked this hotel on the high-speed train from Yabuli to Harbin. The remaining hotels in Daoli and Daowai were too cheap, so after comparing them, I chose this one not far from the West Station. It was newly renovated, with a suspended ceiling and soft-padded background walls. The overall style is full and warm. The sofa mattress and bathroom are very clean. There are latex pillows that are friendly to the shoulders and neck. There are reading lights and floor lamps, so reading and working before bed does not affect the family. There are no water marks on the bathroom hardware. The bathroom has a lot of water and the drainage is smooth. Southerners who are used to taking a shower every day are very satisfied👍. It's a bit far from Central Street and Siberian Tiger. It takes 30 minutes and 40 minutes by taxi one way. But you can stay in this hotel for around 400 yuan in the peak season. The breakfast cannot be compared with that of a five-star hotel, but it has everything you need, including frozen pears and frozen persimmons. The price-performance ratio is good. I have recommended it to my friends!

It’s good for a one night stay from Harbin West station. Though we can ask for more bath towels, but we were just puzzled why only 2 were given when we booked for 4 persons. The room door cannot be locked from the inside. So security is only from the digital lock from the outside. Room Heater was minimal. But enough. Because read from past reviews, Expected service to be better. But Check in and check out service were unfriendly. Perhaps it’s due to the weekend. Location is not near to any malls and eatery, have to take a taxi. Other than these, the Beddings are clean and good. Very Comfortable beds.
