Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Facilities: Newly renovated hotel, hardware is OK Hygiene: Not very good, found 2 long hairs, on the bathroom floor and in front of the washbasin Service: OK The location is very good, Harbin Station is only 3 minutes away, and the airport bus station is across the road, which is very convenient for 20 people The breakfast is not good, it is outsourced to an outside restaurant, and there is nothing to eat The lobby restaurant and Jinjiang Star share one, after all, it is a group Price 300 per night

It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can see it when you exit the North Square of Harbin Railway Station. The hotel is right after you get off the overpass. There are robots in the lobby and the check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high. I wanted a quiet room on a high floor and was given a free upgrade, which was very nice. The room is not big but the hygiene is very good. It is very friendly to people who often travel on business. The aromatherapy on the 7th floor smells good. The breakfast is good, and you can taste local specialties. There is a snack street next to the hotel, and it is very convenient to stroll to the Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. It is very cost-effective in this season.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The check-in experience was very good. The floor was very high and the windows were large. You could see far away. The room was also very large and comfortable. Anything you needed was delivered by a robot, which was very convenient. Tingting at the front desk provided very timely service. Whatever you needed was delivered as soon as you called. The laundry room on the first floor was also very practical. It automatically added detergent, and the washed clothes smelled good. In short, it was great!

They prepared a lovely gift bag with sweets and confectionery, and another bag of cut fruits for us to take on the road when we checked out.
