Nice hotel and close to everything! Staff are very attentive and take good care of us. Miss Air assisted us very well during breakfast. Mr. Max and Mr. Neil at the reception helped us a lot with directions and communications with taxi drivers. Staff here don't speak English well, but they have their ways to communicate with us well, where we see very helpful and appreciated. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely stay here again for sure! Nice hotel, nice staff, good location, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. I had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day. The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

this hotel provide free self service laundry, free noodles in the evening. Location near metro about 6mins walk. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The toilet seat is warm during winter days is a surprised. We enjoyed the stay and my children enjoy chatting wth AI, Xiao Xi. Downside is the staffs here are inexperience. It will be perfect is we were given free breakfast for the rate we paid. And I will rate 5 stars then.

I have been to Harbin for business trips many times. This is the most satisfying stay. The room is very clean and sanitary, the decoration is very modern and luxurious, and it is equipped with an oxygen machine. It is super good to be able to live in a hotel of this level in Harbin at this price👍It is also a street view room, the bed is super comfortable, the pillow is also a high-end memory pillow, and the toilet is intelligently heated✌The curtains are also automatic. When you open the curtains, you can see the Daoli Vegetable Market, and the ancient buildings are in sight. Not to mention the Central Street, just turn down the stairs, and parking is also very convenient. The hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!
