Had an excellent experience at the Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. All of the staff members are willing to assist us and make sure we have the best experience staying at this hotel and in Harbin. We had never run out of toiletry items in our room, these items are filled whenever possible. I celebrated my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the staff member even prepared a surprise for us! This hotel is located in a convenient spot. The majority of the sightseeing sites are within walking distance, and the subway station is right across the hotel. This is a Songhua River-visible hotel. It has meeting rooms, gift shops, and a gym. The only thing that can be improved is the carpet's cleanliness. The carpet has visible stains, which is understandable since it is hard to clean. Would definitely stay in this hotel again! Thanks to all the staff members.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

First, my overall impression: what a delightful surprise! I initially came with low expectations, assuming hotels near tourist attractions wouldn't be exceptional. However, from the moment we were greeted, to the front desk, and the incredibly attentive staff we saw everywhere, I truly felt, 'This is what a five-star hotel should *really* be like!' A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm and attentive service. My baby absolutely loved the upgraded family room, which was thoughtfully equipped with their favorite toys, including a rocking horse and a small slide. The complimentary fruit was perfectly sweet, and the desserts were both exquisite and delicious. A special shout-out to the breakfast! They had hot noodle soup perfect for babies – the noodles were wonderfully springy, and the broth was delightfully light. My baby's 'clean plate club' moment was proof enough of the amazing culinary skills of the kitchen staff! Reflecting on our stay, I can truly say we felt completely at home. Thank you for every genuine greeting and warm smile. We'll definitely be choosing to stay here again on our next visit! 🥰

It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm. Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my bf, and it was a lovely experience. It's modern, well-designed, with a really trendy and convenient interior. Really great location, Zhongyang street is just ”next door”. Also, there is a DiDi pickup point right outside the street. We stayed in a smart room, but the technology is only in Chinese. Luckily my boyfriend speaks Chinese, so when it came to turning the lights and the TV on/off, or shutting the curtains, he could voice control these actions. The staff cleans the rooms every day, and also changes the towels which I did not expect! We got brand new towels, even though we did not give a signal for them to change them (we just left them where one would leave a used, but clean towel). Moreover!! I left my sleeping shirt and pants at the hotel, and the staff called my boyfriend that they can mail it to us (to another city where we are staying). So thoughtful! I recommend this place to everyone, but mostly to those who can speak Chinese and want the whole experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near key attractions and making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, and they even provided breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was bright. The only drawback was that the bath towels had some stains, which could be improved.

I forgot to take picture of our hotel room 😂.. but the location is just across of Zongyang Street. We went to Zhongyang Street everyday during out 3 days stay here. The room was for 4 pax but when i informed them through Trip.com there were 5 of us the provided bath towels for 5 pax. Breakfast was plenty and the most delicious among the 5 hotels we stay during our January 2025 Harbin trip. Recomended.

Muse Healthy Sleep Hotel suits its intention of giving its guests the best rest. However it can confuse guests as the hotel's signboards and linen says DeRUCCI Hotel. Like many chinese brand/chain hotels, thoughtful dehumidifier or device to emit aromatherapy essential oil. DeRUCCI has many power outlet/socket/USB port but not international type, so remember to carry an adaptor with you. Welcome gift, high tea and evening tea are additional thoughtful gestures of their friendly hospitality. Bathrob, complete with hand and face towels, which most 5 star hotel post pandemic do not provide, they are all there. Modern and classy touch of decor. (unable to attach/upload photos in my Trip.com app) Very Good space and lighting as well. must stay on a ”5-star strip”. Metro Shanghai station is just across the street. Dont forget to adhere strictly to the greenman while crossing that street which is the breadth / wide as Highway/freeway. i had thought my booking was truly without a window, it has a window albeit no view, contented enough as it keeps the room protected against chilly frosty wind. Love the breakfast - generous spread and delicious. The supervisor and staff at the dinning area are all very attentive and thoughtful. The lady at the egg and noodle counter cooks up hot and tasty food. Must try!

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

The view from the window is stunningly picturesque: the sunset casts a dazzling glow upon the Songhua River. Sun Island is visible in the distance, and the cable car floats gracefully across the river in the clear blue sky – all these sights are easily enjoyed just by stepping out of the hotel. A leisurely stroll along the riverbank, admiring Harbin's unique Chinese Baroque architecture, effortlessly leads you to attractions like Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. Indulging in long-missed Guobaorou, Dazhazi porridge, and Harbin Red Sausage, it's clear that Harbin and Shangri-La form the perfect combination for a refreshing summer retreat.
