Each time we entered or left the hotel, the front desk staff always greeted us with genuine warmth, making us truly feel the hospitality of Harbin. The hotel service was incredibly responsive to all our requests, and housekeeping was prompt. Although the small afternoon tea area was simple, the hot and cold beverages and small snacks provided were a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, with a wide array of dining options and major attractions nearby. St. Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and the Harbin City Museum are all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again given the chance!

I decided to stay here for my Harbin trip after checking out reviews beforehand. When I arrived, I noticed it was down a small alley, which initially made me a bit apprehensive. However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel completely renovated. There were even two adorable kittens at the entrance! The room features brand-new, smart amenities, which I found very satisfying. This place offers excellent value for money, especially with the incredibly comfortable pillows and mattresses – I slept wonderfully! The soundproofing was also superb. My only minor disappointment is the lack of a laundry room and restaurant, but I'm still very happy with my stay. It's perfectly located, just a few hundred meters' walk from St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and the subway station is only 300 meters away. There's also a local market nearby, making it super convenient for food, fun, and getting around! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin.

The location is absolutely superb, right on Central Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll every day. It's also very close to the subway station and super easy to find. There are tons of great food options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast is pretty good too, so you'll never run out of dining choices. We booked a family room this time, and for such a prime and valuable location, the room was surprisingly spacious. The interior facilities are brand new, featuring smart home amenities, which made for a fantastic stay. A special shout-out goes to the front desk team – the young ladies and gentlemen. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, and quite charming to boot!

For our summer family trip with the kids, we picked this hotel for its excellent location – central enough to be convenient, but not so central that it felt overly crowded or noisy. It was a leisurely 10-minute walk with luggage from Youyi Palace subway station, and Central Street was only 7-8 minutes away. This made getting around super easy. Plus, it's genuinely close to Hongzhuan Morning Market, just a 2-3 minute stroll, which meant we hardly ever had breakfast at the hotel itself! The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The young men at the front desk were particularly thoughtful; they even gave our child a little gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch and really made us feel appreciated. The front desk also conveniently offered small emergency items, a rotating selection of complimentary snacks, and an endless supply of neatly arranged bottled water for guests. While the rooms were a bit on the small side and the facilities somewhat dated – common for older hotels – it was perfectly adequate for our needs since we were out early and back late, primarily just needing a shower and a bed. However, I must give a special shout-out to the shower water! The temperature and pressure were incredibly powerful. On the first day, I planned to just quickly rinse the showerhead before letting my child bathe, but within a minute, I had to drop it because it was absolutely scalding hot!

The staff were quite welcoming, and breakfast was complimentary. The location is convenient. I even received a small gift upon checking out. However, I wouldn't have moved to this hotel if my previous one hadn't been fully booked due to a conference. It's a third more expensive than my last stay, and apart from being marginally closer to attractions, my experience here was genuinely disappointing. While the room didn't face the street, it was directly opposite the staff workroom and a utility closet, leading to constant, disruptive noise from doors opening and closing. Additionally, several cleaning carts were left parked in the hallway right outside our door for extended periods. The shower constantly made an odd, creaking noise – definitely not ideal for light sleepers or those easily bothered by sounds. The internet speed was painstakingly slow, and even mobile 4G/5G signals were weak. Breakfast was utter chaos, and the pervasive smell of cooking oil was so strong that my hair and clothes reeked of it after just one meal. The gym and laundry facilities are nowhere near the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. However, I must admit, the washer and dryer themselves were quite effective.

For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt. All the in-room appliances were in good working order, and the bathroom, especially the shower, was spotless. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. Right next door, there's also a wholesale market for clothes and bags, offering good quality at very reasonable prices. As expected from a 7 Days Inn, the experience is consistently reliable across the country.

The hotel is very close to Central Street, about a 10-minute walk away! It's very convenient to stay here, and it's also close to the subway entrance. I went there during the winter vacation, and it was difficult to book a hotel. I was very satisfied with this one.

The location is great. My friends complimented me on choosing a hotel so close to St. Sophia Cathedral. Just turn left and cross the street. Daoli Market is across the street, and Central Street is just a short stroll away. The hotel is large, with plenty of rooms. We didn't get one with a window, but the air conditioning was excellent, so we weren't bothered. I wonder if Harbin turns on heating in October? The room was incredibly warm, and we both had to use the fan. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good afternoon nap. Overall, it was okay. This is my second time in Harbin, and they're still as welcoming as ever.

After checking in, we found that the room already had children's toiletries, slippers, and even a safety mat – such thoughtful details! When my elderly relative wanted warm water, we called the front desk, and a staff member brought a thermos within 5 minutes, along with extra tea bags. At check-out, they prioritized our time to catch our high-speed train, and our deposit was refunded instantly. From check-in to check-out, we felt truly valued and cared for. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next family trip!
