I stayed at the Qingcheng Hotel on this trip and it was a truly fantastic experience! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom was odor-free—it was incredibly comfortable. The entire room is intelligently controlled, allowing me to open and close the curtains and adjust the air conditioning with just a simple call from Xiaodu, which was incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also very attentive, not only expediting check-in but also providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

The room was spacious, featuring two 1.5-meter wide beds, making it very family-friendly. It came with a bathtub, and disposable bath liners were provided. Laundry and drying facilities are conveniently located on the sixth floor. This setup offers significantly better value for money compared to similar hotels like Orange Crystal or Mercure. It's also approximately one kilometer from the subway. I would definitely book here again on my next visit to Harbin.

I am a loyal fan of Zhixuan. It is located near Qunli Avenue and next to Harbin Bank. This location is neither like a business district nor a commercial district. It is completely in a residential area. Fortunately, the transportation is convenient. There is a main road outside. It is not far from the railway station, the airport bus pick-up point, and the subway. There are many delicious foods nearby (although some are commercialized), but it is also convenient to eat, shop, and buy fruits. It is also OK to take a taxi to the scenic spots. Typical Zhixuan style, business style, large room, clean and tidy, the front desk service is particularly enthusiastic, and the breakfast is of high quality and rich in variety. The stay experience is excellent.

The hotel is modern and cosy with up-to-date good design where all details for travelers are provided. Atmosphere is great starting right from the entrance, the personal such friendly and ready to help in any situation! Highly recommended. The view from the room is astonishing make me meditate and I feel relax looking for the wonderful nature park.

I am very satisfied with my choice this time. It is just a turn away from the trendy business district of Xicheng Red Square, and it is very convenient to get to Haxi Passenger Terminal and the airport. The moment I stepped into the hotel, it was actually more beautiful than the picture. The front desk was welcoming and hygienic and super clean. , the bedding is also very comfortable. The waiter introduced it as a zero-pressure bed + memory pillow. I don’t know if it’s a psychological effect. I feel no pressure when I lie down🤭. The pillows are also very comfortable. Once the projection is turned on, the comfort comes naturally🤭. The only regret is that I didn’t have time to enjoy it🛁, so I’ll try it next time, it’s perfect.

As always, Atour is as satisfied as ever. This store is very new, so the experience of facilities, bedding, service staff and other aspects is better than other Atours. The young ladies at the front desk were very considerate and thoughtful, and they also upgraded the room type, which was pleasantly surprised. A total of two rooms were set, and they were impeccable. btw, the freshly cooked noodles for breakfast are delicious.

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The hotel lobby is very clean and the decoration is great. It is my favorite style and the price/performance ratio is very high. It's very comfortable to stay here. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, proactive and polite. The service is great, the facilities are complete, and there is a robot that can deliver meals, which is very convenient. Very satisfied with the stay experience.

The room I arranged at the beginning had a very bad smell and poor soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the next room. It was much better when I changed to another room. It should be an upgraded version of Lavande. The room was not big, but the facilities and decoration were better than before. It's modern and the bed is very good. The biggest drawback is that you can't issue a special ticket. The front desk said there are reminders on the website, but the information on the website is actually inaccurate now. You should have made it clear before checking in.

Convenient parking, fast stay, comfortable room, inexpensive, good environment, clean room, service industry is very good, warm and spacious, preferred stay, overall particularly satisfied.
