Our high-speed train arrived close to 10 PM. As we were traveling with elderly parents and a child, we booked this hotel for its proximity. It wasn't quite as close as we'd hoped, so I called the hotel in advance. The staff member informed me that the shuttle driver had already finished his shift for the night and offered to pick us up personally. After getting off the train, I called him and he promptly came to pick us up. I expected him to come by car, but to my surprise, the young man walked over. He enthusiastically helped us with our luggage – we had three suitcases and two very heavy backpacks. There was no elevator, and he carried everything up and down the stairs by himself. He was incredibly diligent, efficient, and friendly. Upon reaching the hotel, he was dripping with sweat but still immediately poured us some water. I was truly touched by his kindness. I believe his name tag read Liu Haoyu. He truly deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel owner should really value such an employee! The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is nothing short of excellent. The value for money is truly exceptional! The next day, we stayed at the Wanda Realm, and its hardware wasn't as good as this hotel's (apart from having a bathtub). The room window there was also very small, but we left early in the morning, so it didn't really affect us. Our sincere thanks once more to Mr. Liu. We are deeply grateful!

The hotel we booked for this trip is right next to the park and close to the shopping mall. There is a cafe, billiard room and gym downstairs, which can meet all your leisure, entertainment and sports needs. However, the room card could not open the billiard room, so I didn't get in. It is worth mentioning that the coffee in the hotel lobby cafe is very good. Drinking a cup of coffee in the afternoon gives me motivation to work. The hotel was newly opened in the off-season, so there weren't many people staying there. The front desk upgraded the room for free, and the park can be seen directly from the window. The scenery was great and the mood was great. The room is exquisitely decorated and comfortable, clean and tidy, with dry and wet areas separated, and very friendly to people with mysophobia. A makeup mirror and bathrobes are thoughtfully prepared, and all rooms are controlled by smart voice, which is super convenient. There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel. It is not far from the airport and the station, so it is very convenient to travel. I will choose this hotel next time I come here.

I am a loyal fan of Zhixuan. It is located near Qunli Avenue and next to Harbin Bank. This location is neither like a business district nor a commercial district. It is completely in a residential area. Fortunately, the transportation is convenient. There is a main road outside. It is not far from the railway station, the airport bus pick-up point, and the subway. There are many delicious foods nearby (although some are commercialized), but it is also convenient to eat, shop, and buy fruits. It is also OK to take a taxi to the scenic spots. Typical Zhixuan style, business style, large room, clean and tidy, the front desk service is particularly enthusiastic, and the breakfast is of high quality and rich in variety. The stay experience is excellent.

Visiting customers stayed here and had a good living experience. The room temperature was moderate, and the front desk service was warm and friendly and considerate of customers. The decoration of the room is very nice and overall it is great value for money.

As always, Atour is as satisfied as ever. This store is very new, so the experience of facilities, bedding, service staff and other aspects is better than other Atours. The young ladies at the front desk were very considerate and thoughtful, and they also upgraded the room type, which was pleasantly surprised. A total of two rooms were set, and they were impeccable. btw, the freshly cooked noodles for breakfast are delicious.

The room is very comfortable, the waiters are very warm and considerate, clean and hygienic. There is a restaurant street downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. Going to the state-owned cafeteria opposite to have breakfast feels like a child. We were upgraded to a double bed room with a bay window and a view of the Songhua River. The view is beautiful. I took a 5-minute walk to Qunlili Bund in the morning. It was very comfortable and the air was very fresh. I will choose here next time.
