Overall, everything was great, and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Tong and Xiao Chen, were both very helpful and kind. The only minor issue was a light on the desk that kept blinking; it was a bit disruptive to sleep, so I had to cover it with my bag.

The front desk is very polite and friendly. The location is right out of the subway station. The disposable items in the room including paper towels and wipes are very good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good. It would be better if the guests can be proactively informed that there is a laundry room on the third floor.

The overall hotel experience is good. The environment is clean and tidy, the lobby is modern, the rooms have a wide view, and some rooms have city views. In terms of service, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the room needs are responded to promptly. The facilities are complete, the gym equipment is new, the swimming pool water is clear, and the breakfast is rich and balanced. The hotel also has a children's play area and free parking, which is suitable for family outings. The lobby art chandelier and the rooftop open-air garden are recommended for taking photos and checking in, with a strong sense of design. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business trips or leisure travel.

The overall environment was acceptable, but the room itself was too small. The mirror and clothes hangers were set at a height for tall people, yet the bed was quite small. The lighting design was poor, consisting entirely of spotlights that provided insufficient light, making it difficult to apply makeup (the large bathroom vanity had a mirror placed inconveniently far away). The most significant issue was a very strong woody incense smell that permeated the entire room. Even with the window open for ventilation, the smell lingered until bedtime, irritating my nose and throat (I even woke up with a slightly hoarse voice the next morning). On the upside, it was indeed quiet. Being located within an art gallery, the windows offered excellent soundproofing.

There is no air conditioning in the room. The hotel set for the foreign language exam has to walk to the test center for about15-20 minutes. It is a homestay close to the foreign language. There are no other hotels around. The owner is very enthusiastic. The house address is in the community. There is a place to sell breakfast boxes at the gate of the community. Overall good

It's OK, it's quite new, the hygiene is good, and the service is very good. It's like a family-style hotel. I didn't like the room type I booked at first, so the store upgraded me to another room type for free. The only thing I think is particularly bad is that the toilet has no door, which is quite strange and I'm not used to it. The soundproofing is also average. You can hear people talking outside clearly in the morning and evening. And I don't know if the room we stayed in is the bathroom above. After 9 o'clock, you can always hear the sound of water dripping, as if there is a water leak. It's very noisy, and I can be woken up even if I go to bed early. The store can pay attention to this. The owners picked me up and took me back to the airport. They don't speak English but we managed with the translate app on Alipay and Google translate. Room was clean could possibly do with a TV and microwave. Just depends how much time you spend there. There was a rice cooker and electric fry pan to cook, spices and utensils were also provided. It's a bit of a walk to the metro but there are lots of interesting things to see and shops to visit on the way. The metro is line 2 so goes to many of the attractions, sun island, snow and ice world etc. My room was on the 4th floor and it was tiring as I have slight mobility issues but easy if you are fit. I enjoyed my stay and the hosts were lovely, and if I had any queries I was able to get help. Well worth the price.
