Hotels in Ice and Snow World/The Sun Island, Harbin

It was my first time staying in a 5-star hotel, and the experience was very good. First: 1: The hotel called the night before check-in to inquire if there were any special requirements, which was very thoughtful. The welcome fruit I asked for was apples, and I was very satisfied with this 100 points☺️ 2: When I checked in, the ladies at the front desk of the hotel received me politely and asked if I needed to put my luggage in the room. The service was very good. I also asked about the dinner time and price, and they answered me one by one. Such service is very good and professional. Full marks💯 3: I stayed in a deluxe twin room. The room was large and the view was great. Living on a high floor was like the whole Jiangshan was mine hahahaha 4: In addition, the hotel dinner was on the right hand side of the check-in, which was very convenient, the environment was good, and the food was rich. A variety of food was available for guests to choose. I ate very full hahaha Thank you to all the staff of Wanda Cultural Hotel. You all treat every customer with positive energy😊. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The family room was great for our family of three adults and an 8 year old. Everything is clean. There is no microwave or plates etc, but there are cheap local restaurants downstairs. The hotel is a little hard to find. I suggest you ask the taxi to take you to Shimao Subway station (exit 3) and the office is right next door. The hotel uses a high rise building which is still not finished. We asked for an extended check out because my son was sick and they willingly obliged...very helpful front desk, but English language skills are limited. You will need to use your phone's Translator APP. All communication was using WeChat. No door key, you get a code. Very close to Ice and Snow World on Subway. The lifts are painfully slow in the morning.

The room is large and clean. You can get into the elevator by swiping your card. You will receive fruits when you check in. It is convenient to take a taxi when traveling. Takeaways are delivered to the door by robots. If you need anything, the front desk will handle it immediately. The room service is very good. I also gave you a souvenir after leaving the hotel.

The owner was super nice. We were leaving on New Year's Eve, and he invited us to have a New Year's Eve dinner. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 12 o'clock, but he still came over and cooked dumplings for us! Fortunately there are shops, otherwise everywhere would be closed and I would have nothing to eat. The house is much better looking than in the photos. There is a KTV inside that you can use for free, and there are also gaming computers! I really can't praise it enough, the hygiene is also very good, there are many things to praise, and they even prepared foot warmers for us when we went to the Ice and Snow World! It's a pity that I was too busy to take some photos. The environment is really nothing to say. We also went to take a bath. Lanting Shuihui seemed not too far away, and there seemed to be a Siberian Tiger Garden next to it, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go. Will definitely come next time! And it is especially suitable for a large group of people to book a house There is only one picture of dumplings.

The front desk lady was very attentive and enthusiastic ❤️ She also helped us upgrade the room. The environment was very good, clean and hygienic. There was also a self-service hot pot for breakfast 🍲. I was unexpectedly satisfied! The hotel is located 1 station away from the Ice and Snow World and the subway 🚇 (very convenient for travel). This time I brought my children to the Polar Bear Hotel, and the experience was really great! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the dreamy polar theme decoration, and there were cute polar bear elements everywhere. The room was decorated with childlike fun, and the children were very excited. The service staff was very enthusiastic and thoughtfully prepared children's toiletries. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was not only rich in variety, but also very enjoyable for the children to eat. Highly recommended to parents traveling with children! I went to Sun Island and Polar World, so the location of this hotel is very convenient. The scenic spot is right outside the door. It is also very close to Harbin Beer Festival at night. You can hear singing. The hotel facilities are very new and it is very comfortable to stay.

A hotel stay that exceeded expectations. I stayed here for three consecutive nights during my trip to Harbin. The space design is amazing. Fruits were prepared in the room on the first day. There were free drinks in the refrigerator. The front desk service was very attentive. The breakfast was cold on the first day. I told the front desk. It was delivered to the room on time the next day. It was a combination of hot Chinese and Western food. The next day when we went out, they also sent us Starbucks coffee to express their apology. Attentive service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I come to Harbin🏨

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!
