I specifically chose this Shangri-La, a bit further from the city center, because parking is convenient. It's also very close to the Tiger Park for a morning visit, and I could even catch some extra sleep after seeing the tigers. The view from the window is nice, you can see the Ferris wheel. The price during the National Day holiday was also excellent; it offered good value for money.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

The rooms themselves are generously sized and well-lit, with every detail reflecting the hotel's unique cultural charm. Staying here offers a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Ewenki ethnic culture. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is incredibly convenient, and there's also complimentary late-night supper, both of which are delicious. The hotel staff are all very warm and friendly, and each one acts as an ambassador for Ewenki culture, enthusiastically answering any questions you might have. The overall ambiance is elegant, showcasing the quality of a high-end hotel.

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, a perfect choice for a family trip. The double hot spring pass allowed unlimited use. Breakfast was plentiful. It's suitable for the whole family to enjoy. The environment is elegant, and the kids' play area (Taobao Castle) is huge.

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

Overall, we were extremely satisfied! The check-in reception was very welcoming and enthusiastic, explaining in detail the upcoming activities at the hotel. The hotel's style is perfect for kids, and you can even spot polar bears in the hallways. The room also featured Northeastern specialties like frozen pears and frozen persimmons. The in-room amenities were clearly designed with children in mind, including a small toilet seat and kids' toiletries, which even had a children's label. The next morning, there was a penguin meet-and-greet, and breakfast was plentiful. All in all, our child was very happy, and we were very pleased. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit the Polar Ocean World!

Choosing Xana Hotelle for my Harbin trip was absolutely the right decision! Their 'pampering service' truly lives up to its reputation. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed – someone immediately helped with my luggage, offered a hot towel and a special floral tea. The front desk staff repeatedly called me 'goddess,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. During my stay, when I asked for a late check-out, they readily agreed without hesitation, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was not only clean and tidy but also equipped with smart facilities, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The hotel's location is another huge plus. It's just a 3-minute walk to Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get to Central Street or Sun Island. The biggest surprise was how perfectly it was situated for Shida Night Market; I could just stroll over in the evening and soak in the lively atmosphere. The night market is full of delicious treats: crispy Imperial Beef Pastries with long queues that you absolutely must try warm; Xinjiang Flaming Mountain Baked Buns, shaped like drumsticks, with fragrant minced lamb wrapped in dough; the incredibly good value Oil-Wrapped Liver skewers at 10 yuan for 5, tender and said to be good for your eyes. And the tender, slippery Oyster Omelet from Taiwan. When I got tired, a bottle of Qiulin Kvass, with its unique bread-fermented flavor, was wonderfully refreshing, perfectly paired with tender grilled pig's tail. With attentive service, convenient transportation, and easy access to night market delicacies, this Xana Hotelle is definitely my top choice for a Harbin trip. I'll be staying here again next time!

Hotel was located slightly out of the city centre (Zhongyang St) but still accessible by public transport and taxi. Was shown that room had garden view but that is just a wallpaper.. Quite shocked that there was no windows and room was relatively small. However it was very cheap as compared to other hotels. Breakfast options was okay.

My family and I have set up a hotel nearby for the exam. In order to have a quiet and comfortable rest, I specially chose ”🍊 Orange” It is also the first time I have stayed in the theme hotel ”Orange”. As soon as I enter the door, there are two energetic little girls and little boys waiting at the front desk. Any questions can be answered and dealt with. I feel that my age is not like a college student. The sun is up 🌞 and ”Orange Hotel” Warm oranges coincide. The bed 🛏️ is particularly comfortable. The two pillows have different pillow feelings. One is that the duck down is very soft and comfortable to hold, and the other is slow to bounce, a little higher than the duck down. The overall environment is orange, the room is a big bed room, the space is large, the surrounding environment is very quiet.
