The handsome guy at the front desk who checked in at night was very enthusiastic and had a great service attitude! The room is very new and large, with smart toilet, ambient lighting, and complete equipment. I am very satisfied! The key point is that the bed is large and soft, and the sound insulation effect is also good. I stayed the whole night without anyone looking for me next door. Anyone who needs it can come, the location is hidden! Ideal place!

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The hotel service is very good, the Chinese breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The room is spacious and clean, the parking lot is huge and convenient. It is 100 meters away from the subway station and convenient to the Ice and Snow World Sun Island Central Street.

The experience exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take my children to the Polar Museum on Saturday. When I was looking at tickets, I saw the Polar Bear Hotel. Sleeping with polar bears and taking two tickets to the museum were so worth it. I booked the tickets decisively. The customer service added WeChat before check-in and reserved a parking space. I checked in around 7pm and saw the cute big bear sleeping. There were little surprises in every corner of the room, especially the instant hot water kettle. I brought it with me every time it appeared. I wanted to stay for only one night so I didn't bring it. I didn't expect her family to be very attentive. It is an instant hot water machine. You can drink safe hot water by just screwing on the mineral water. Great 👍 And whether it is the front desk, customer service or breakfast service staff, their attitudes are very warm and friendly 👍

This time I came to Harbin for a business trip, and the hotel I booked was completely a ”charging station” in my tired itinerary! Let me talk about the details of the most poking me first because I work with a computer, the socket location in the room is super intimate, the bedside, there is a USB interface, and I no longer have to find the plug-in board. The bedding is simply my ”life-sustaining artifact”! The hardness is just right, the pillows that come with it are a bit low, call the front desk, and send two different height options in less than 5 minutes. I worked overtime late at night. After the takeaway was delivered, the front desk also helped to deliver it to the room. Thank you very much. When I checked out, the front desk lady remembered the allergy I mentioned casually. I specially sent a sachet to me. This feeling of being remembered is really too warm! Next time you come here, you must still live here!

酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful. The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness. Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

Good hotel for the ice festival. It’s a little out of town but the hotel is well priced and amenities fine. Warm, clean and comfortable run. Breakfast was decent. Even if you prefer a more western plate.

The owner was super nice. We were leaving on New Year's Eve, and he invited us to have a New Year's Eve dinner. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 12 o'clock, but he still came over and cooked dumplings for us! Fortunately there are shops, otherwise everywhere would be closed and I would have nothing to eat. The house is much better looking than in the photos. There is a KTV inside that you can use for free, and there are also gaming computers! I really can't praise it enough, the hygiene is also very good, there are many things to praise, and they even prepared foot warmers for us when we went to the Ice and Snow World! It's a pity that I was too busy to take some photos. The environment is really nothing to say. We also went to take a bath. Lanting Shuihui seemed not too far away, and there seemed to be a Siberian Tiger Garden next to it, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go. Will definitely come next time! However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, featuring limited choices that did not meet our expectations. Our room, though functional, fell short of our cleanliness standards, as we noticed visible dust, and the absence of windows in our assigned room was a notable downside. The confined space without natural light diminished the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, the provided toiletries were minimal, approximately 100 ml for two people over two nights, and unfortunately, they were not replenished on the second day, leaving us with a shortage. Fortunately, we had our own toiletries as a backup. While the hotel has potential, particularly due to its location and accommodating staff, addressing cleanliness concerns, expanding breakfast options, and ensuring ample toiletries for the duration of the stay would significantly enhance the guest experience. These improvements would make EaseLF Hotel a more attractive choice for future stays, creating a more satisfying and memorable visit for guests.
