The hotel is in a great location, the guest relations department is professional and considerate, and I am very satisfied with the room I arranged in advance. The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a shopping mall and bath next to it. It is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Hotel location: Close to the subway entrance of Line 2, the transportation is very convenient. It only takes four stops to go to Central Avenue without transferring. There is a convenience store and a small shopping district downstairs, which has some restaurants, bakeries and milk tea shops, which is very convenient.
Room experience: It is an apartment-style hotel. There are two rooms upstairs and downstairs in one household. There is a public door, and the security is good. The room is very new and large, but the sanitation needs to be improved because there are not many people living in the off-season. The lighting is very good and you can see the frozen Songhua River when you open the curtains. The whole house is intelligent, with electric curtains and a super large projector! There is also a refrigerator and a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient!
In short, it is very cost-effective to stay in the off-season

The location is OK, there are a lot of restaurants around, you can choose any one you want. The room is clean overall, the bed is very soft, very comfortable to sleep on, the sound insulation is also good, the air conditioner is also very quiet, the curtains in the bathroom are not completely blocked, I personally mind it, although most of it is blocked, but the gaps on the sides can still be seen from outside, maybe it's because of the problem of my apartment, but overall it's good! Of course, it's still far from luxury!

The room is decorated in Chinese style, spacious and bright. The front desk receptionist is very good. What is different from other hotels is that they prepare humidifiers for guests to relieve the dryness of northern hotels! Very user-friendly! The only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is fried rice, which is not suitable for the taste of southern potatoes! The small pot for breakfast can be used to cook noodles and vegetables. It is recommended to call in advance to ask the waiter to boil the pot first, so as not to wait for a long time

They’re very close to where the Ice & Snow World is!
They have good restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood looks very happy and giving especially in winter ~
Other attractions are 20-40 mins away but didi is really cheap.
Good staff and professional one.
They have free dinner from 9:30. Truly appreciate them not wasting leftover breakfast on the day.
Only issue is that they don’t speak much English. ~

I brought my children from Beijing to travel to Northeast China. As a person who has been staying in 5-star hotels all year round, this is a very pleasant surprise, and it is a small and beautiful hotel. There are 23 rooms in total. It is recommended to book a room with a view of polar bears! I stayed in an underwater room in Atlantis for 50,000 yuan, but it was only 1k here, hahaha! You can feed the polar bears during breakfast.
I stayed with my children for 2 nights. We went to the Polar Museum during the day. The children were very happy, and the location was very good, and it was convenient to go anywhere.
Service: Very friendly! There is no ”process” of a big hotel, but there are more details.
Hygiene: I was worried about this, but I found it very clean, and all the cleaning products were good!
Facilities: The overall is relatively new, especially the child's crib, the little guys love it!
Environment: Because it is a paradise, the children are very happy!

Facilities: Because it is a newly opened store, the charity equipment is very new.
Hygiene: As shown in the picture, it seems that the owner cleans very carefully, the room is very tidy and the hygiene is very good.

The shower is actually a Moen constant temperature infinity series. I have been interested for a long time. The toilet is also a big brand Faensha. The details see the character. The boss must be a tasteful and quality-oriented person. It is really very comfortable. The boss is very warm and thoughtful. I will live in Aidu in Erbin in the future!

The surrounding transportation is convenient. The bus station is not far away. There is a subway station not far away. It is convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, the temperature was suitable, and it was not cold at night, warm. The facilities are very complete, disposable daily necessities, hair dryers, electric kettles, etc. are all available. The boss and the clerk have a very good attitude, patiently answering our various questions, and also recommended a lot of local specialty snacks and tourist attractions routes, let us taste Harbin food and see the beauty of Harbin. DDr. Julio BernalFirst, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall.
Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride
