We've inquired our staff members and found that there were no comments or suggestions left by you. If you have any needs or questions, please feel free to contact the front desk and we will surely give you a satisfactory reply. Regarding the anti-theft chain that fell off and the peeling paint on the shower head as shown in your photos, we've already arranged for people to repair them. However, due to the unpleasant smell after the repair of the shower head which might affect our guests, we haven't carried out this part of the repair work recently. The same goes for the peeling wall paint on the ceiling of the shower room caused by the water leakage from upstairs. It's also because we're worried about the unpleasant smell affecting our guests that we haven't repaired it yet. We sincerely apologize for these situations and are actively looking for better solutions. Your feedback is of great importance to us. Thank you very much for choosing our hotel and pointing out these problems. We've been making every effort to make improvements. If you come to our hotel again next time, we promise to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant accommodation environment to make up for the deficiencies this time.
