The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel offers a good range of facilities. While it doesn't have its own swimming pool, it has partnered with the adjacent university's pool, allowing guests free access. This effectively makes up for the minor inconvenience of not having an on-site pool.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. It offers excellent value for money, which is to be expected from a well-established chain brand with good quality control. The hotel's facilities are great, it's spotlessly clean, and they provide quality toiletries. The breakfast spread was also very generous, and the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. The location is convenient for getting around, with Central Street just a short taxi ride away. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The room wasn't particularly spacious, and while the service was decent, we did encounter a minor incident with a power outage and water cutoff. I accidentally left my phone in the room after checking out, but the staff promptly notified the front desk. Their honesty in returning my lost phone was greatly appreciated. The hotel is situated in an older district, so the surroundings weren't very appealing, but the parking lot generally met our needs.

Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to various attractions. My son absolutely loved the breakfast rice noodles and wanted them every single day! The hotel's amenities and overall comfort were excellent, ensuring we had great sleep every night. We will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

Everything else was fine, but we mainly chose this hotel for the pool. It turned out to be an affiliated facility, meaning we had to leave the hotel, re-enter another building, and even pay a deposit. To make matters worse, the pool was completely occupied by training sessions. For our kids, who can't swim and just wanted to splash around, it was absolutely maddening, haha! The hotel's location is good, not far from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. However, catching a taxi back was quite a challenge, and parking was also difficult for those driving.

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first being two winters ago. However, this time, over a week-long stay (5 nights + 2 extension, booked via two separate Ctrip accounts), I encountered numerous areas where the hotel's management sorely needs improvement: 1️⃣ **Housekeeping**: For the first two days, as we were staying with our child, the housekeeping staff was friendly and provided extra bottled water for making formula. However, there were two noticeable oversights in their room cleaning: 1. They didn't check the levels of toiletries. On the 4th day, the body wash ran out, followed by the conditioner on the 5th day. It wasn't until the 6th day, after multiple reminders, that these were finally replenished. 2. Used glasses were not replaced with clean ones. The glasses we used on the first day were never replaced with clean ones, remaining there until our checkout. 2️⃣ **Front Desk Service**: It seemed like there was a severe lack of communication among the front desk staff. Normally, when you inform a hotel's front desk that you're out of body wash or want to extend your stay in the same room, a single mention is enough. However, regarding the body wash issue, housekeeping failed to notice it for two days. We went to the front desk early in the morning specifically to request a refill during cleaning. Yet, when we returned tired in the evening, my husband was halfway through his shower only to find there was still no body wash. It was incredibly embarrassing. The same goes for our room extension. A day in advance, early in the morning, we confirmed and processed the Ctrip order with a female front desk staff member and even went to the front desk in person to update our room cards. However, the very next morning, while we were still sound asleep, a male front desk staff member called to ask if we intended to extend our stay. Do you not check your system? Do you not communicate with each other? This directly disrupted our rest. 3️⃣ **Laundry Room**: I must warn other guests to keep a close eye on their laundry and machines. I truly encountered someone with extremely poor etiquette. My husband and I put our clothes into an empty washing machine. The cycle was 36 minutes, so we set a 35-minute timer on our phone once it started. Precisely 36 minutes later, we arrived at the laundry room only to find that the machine we were using still had 24 minutes left on its cycle. A passerby informed us that our clothes were in the dryer, saying someone claimed they were done washing and had just tossed them in. They had already been drying for 12 minutes. This means our clothes were maliciously stopped after only 10 minutes of washing and thrown into the dryer to make space for someone else to use the washer. We immediately called the front desk to request CCTV footage, but they kept deflecting. Eventually, the duty manager came up and said, 'I'll wash them for you, deliver them to your door tomorrow morning, and send a fruit platter as an apology.' The duty manager's words sounded great, but by the time we checked out, there was no sign of a fruit platter. While the clothes were eventually washed and ready, I saw no one assisting with the drying; we had to do it ourselves. It's clear that from top to bottom, the service offers only lip service, with no follow-through. 4️⃣ **Parking Difficulty**: The hotel shares a parking lot with an adjacent business university hotel, making it extremely difficult to find a spot. There were also many instances of inconsiderate parking, blocking other vehicles. Only once during my stay did a hotel staff member assist with parking, and that young man was quite helpful. However, on another occasion, my car was blocked. After it was moved, it was immediately blocked again by incoming cars. I desperately needed to leave, but kept getting blocked, even though there were no available spots for the vehicles that were doing the blocking. I spent 15 minutes unable to exit the parking lot. There was no staff on site, and no one offered assistance or guidance. The duty manager claimed they were 'getting food.' I find this unacceptable. Don't you have shift changes? This is clearly a management issue. 5️⃣ **Accessibility Facilities**: The hotel lacks accessible facilities. The steps at the entrance are steep and high. My one-year-old son accidentally tumbled down three steps, crying hysterically, with parked cars right at the bottom. A staff member nearby simply smoked a cigarette and watched with indifference. 6️⃣ **Hygiene**: I even saw cockroaches crawling on our room door. In summary, this was an extremely poor experience. Your hotel's management is severely flawed. As just one guest, I encountered so many issues. The overall experience was terrible, and it truly tarnishes the Hampton by Hilton name.

I've visited many a beautiful city, But none can rival your dusty grace." This poem perfectly captures the poet's unique affection for Harbin. It's precisely this special sentiment for Harbin that has drawn us back to the city multiple times. This time, when we visited Harbin, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. We had a lot of luggage and were quite concerned about the room size. Coincidentally, the front desk attendant who checked us in was a lovely young lady whose WeChat name is 'Xiao Feng Bu Chou' (literally 'Little Feng No Worries'). She showed us several rooms and, considering our age and the significant amount of luggage we had, she kindly upgraded our room type. This perfectly solved our problem, and it truly felt like 'with Xiao Feng, there were no worries!' We ended up staying eight consecutive nights at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, all thanks to encountering Xiao Feng Bu Chou. It's fair to say that Xiao Feng Bu Chou's kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness played a crucial role in making our Harbin trip so happy and pleasant. Thank you, beautiful Xiao Feng Bu Chou, for adding another wonderful layer to our impression of Harbin. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff and Manager He Ying at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. One day during our stay in Harbin, we unfortunately got an upset stomach from eating out. The next day, the doctor advised us to only eat congee (rice porridge). Coincidentally, Manager He Ying was on duty that day. After I explained our situation to her, I had a bowl of congee in the restaurant. Since I couldn't eat much at once, she arranged for me to take another bowl back to our room to eat later. Her thoughtful inquiries about our well-being and whether we'd seen a doctor or taken medicine deeply moved us. Thank you, He Ying, and thank you to the kitchen staff at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. The wonderful young lady Xiao Feng Bu Chou and Manager He Ying are exemplary representatives of Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli perfectly embodies Hilton's 'home away from home' philosophy and truly lives up to its spirit.

Value for money, smart choice for business travel, location near city centre

The hotel appearance and service levels don’t match 4 star hotel. The room cleaning is very poor, several times didn’t even take out garbage, the carpet was dirty for 3 days until I called reception to clean it (had to call three times because they didn’t arrange staff to come on first time). Cleaning staff is not friendly. Breakfast is big but Chinese style, for foreigners there are very few options. The eggs section man is very friendly though. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price we had.

The location is actually not near the tourist area but it is not so far and it is better because you can avoid aome traffic jam near the tourist area such like ZhongYang area. There is a fried chicken restaurant just connected with the hotel and a minimart just beaide as well. Easier to find anything. Room is good, aircon during winter is default as warmer which is not comfort for sleeping with blanket. There is a hot water swimming pool but I didn't try it.

I was very satisfied for choosing this hotel. Because it is very clean and comfortable, all staffs also very very kind especially receptions. If I will visit Harbin again, I will stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located near the Xiaqiao Metro Station, you can walk from this station in 10 minutes to o the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, at the reception you can ask for a card to enter the pool, entrance to the pool from the street. In general, pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.
