Value for money, smart choice for business travel, location near city centre

The hotel appearance and service levels don’t match 4 star hotel. The room cleaning is very poor, several times didn’t even take out garbage, the carpet was dirty for 3 days until I called reception to clean it (had to call three times because they didn’t arrange staff to come on first time). Cleaning staff is not friendly. Breakfast is big but Chinese style, for foreigners there are very few options. The eggs section man is very friendly though. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price we had.

The location is actually not near the tourist area but it is not so far and it is better because you can avoid aome traffic jam near the tourist area such like ZhongYang area. There is a fried chicken restaurant just connected with the hotel and a minimart just beaide as well. Easier to find anything. Room is good, aircon during winter is default as warmer which is not comfort for sleeping with blanket. There is a hot water swimming pool but I didn't try it.

I was very satisfied for choosing this hotel. Because it is very clean and comfortable, all staffs also very very kind especially receptions. If I will visit Harbin again, I will stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located near the Xiaqiao Metro Station, you can walk from this station in 10 minutes to o the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, at the reception you can ask for a card to enter the pool, entrance to the pool from the street. In general, pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

nice clean hotel with non smoking floors a rarity in north east china excellent and impeccable service from the front desk staff in particular ms lim who expedited the check in -thanks again a lot of eateries around and a smallish night market across the road from the premise suffice it to say clean tidy hotel a must stay in harbin if youwant to be free from those obnoxious pollutants from the air

This hotel was very nice. It was very clean and had a convenient location. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Harbin. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The first thing I am going to praise is the breakfast. Better then other 5 star hotels. In winter the warmer like can't be adjusted but it is warm. No worries about that. Opposite the hotel there has a hot pot restaurant. Convenient area to stay.

If you are coming here because of the "Hilton" name, this is not a Hilton Hotel, it is a Chinese hotel that paid to use the Hilton Brand, and it shows. The hotel is nice enough, but its just all average, room was average, and breakfast was average, yet they are charging more money than other hotels in the area JUST because they are the "Hilton". -No one is around to tell off the local Chinese treating the Hallway like a social gathering shouting and laughing at 10-11pm - Cleaners talk loudly to one another or on their phone, and slam doors so good luck trying to get a lay in -Cleaners will also just walk into your hotel room even if you are in, and after telling them No -Someone started Hammering? in the room above me for seemingly no good reason -My room was advertised as a "City View", see attached for my wonderful view The whole experience was just average and way overpriced. There are way cheaper hotels in Harbin, probably 60% of the cost that offer the same quality as here.

Broadly good service, still relatively new and well maintained. Location not near MRT or shopping mall, but not far by taxi to ZhongYang street. Overall worthy of 4 star rating.

The hotel is very new, the room is comfortable and very clean. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Nice breakfast.

The Hampton by Hilton hotels are really great hotel to staying. It is too clean and had a good smell. And air conditioner is too good and temperature of the room is on your hand, you can make it warm or cold. But some of other hotels in the Harbin is really warm and you can’t change the temperature. The breakfast is too delicious and have many choices. The service is great and people on the front desk are really kind. Amenities are too new and clean. The location is far from central street but it takes only 8 minutes by taxi , if was rush hours it takes 12 minutes. I stayed only one night as my last day of trip but it was great experience. For the hotel with this price is really good.
