Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.

The subway station is right outside the door, and the transportation is convenient. The superior king-size bed room is next to the community and is very quiet. Harbin gets light at 3 a.m., so the blackout curtains are great and block out light. The waiter is warm and provides useful information. I stayed for four consecutive days, and everything was great except that the breakfast should be enriched.

The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to various attractions and rooms and to various transportation stations. Before arriving at the hotel, I consulted some travel guides. The front desk staff explained patiently and helped to store luggage when I left the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with various specialties, such as Harbin red sausage, and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and professional. From booking the hotel to checking out, the hotel gave me a very warm and comfortable feeling, allowing me to get a relaxing and soothing rest environment after work. It is a great hotel. Highly recommended!

The service is very good, the waiters are very friendly, the hotel transportation is also very convenient, and it is very close to where I want to go. The facilities in the room are also very complete, and a lot of drinks are provided. There is a light fragrance in the lobby and corridors. It is a very comfortable hotel. I like to take hot showers with great pressure. Recommend this hotel.

I stayed during the Dragon Boat Festival. This was my first time choosing Atour. The front desk upgraded the room and I felt very good. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, including makeup mirrors and lights. I like it! The room has a small refrigerator, as well as drinks and snacks, including my favorite Fat House Happy Water! Health: very clean Environment: It's just across the road from the exhibition, and very close to the airport bus station and subway station. Service: The waiters are very friendly and there are many varieties of breakfast. It is recommended to add orange juice.
