"I usually enjoy staying at the Clarion because it is so close to the Casino and Arundel Mills Mall and I often like to do staycations; however, this time my stay was not great. For one I saw not one but three roaches, the guests are loud and if youre on the first floor you hear all kinds of yelling throughout the night. Secondly, the bedding had some stains on it. Thirdly, the hot water heater was not working and because we booked through a third party there was no remedy. Even for individuals who paid through the site were given little to no remedy and were met with lackluster attitudes from the front desk staff. One night I came in and was going to sit at the desk to eat my food like I had done the previous few days and the chair was gone... no explanation.
