Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel Reviews

My wife and I just completed our trip in Hanoi. We stayed in Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel for 3 nights. I have to say that we enjoyed our stay in this hotel as the hotel is very well located at the old quarter of Hanoi and just next to the lake. More importantly the staffs are very nice and friendly, especially they are very supportive whenever you have questions or need any help. The hotel also provide nice breakfast. We would definitely like to come back when we revisit Hanoi.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Location in the Old Quarter close to everything but not on a street with massive amounts of traffic. Laundry, money exchange, and trip bookings can all be done on site. Nice made to order breakfast.

The hotel is clean, and centrally located in old quarters. The staff is so helpful and they helped us in booking various tours. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and had everything essential. The room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The location of the place is nice, it is near the lake. Everything is accessible. They have a very nice staff as well as the place is clean. The food was great and they are very accommodating.

There was a little difference from what I thought.

It was really near the tourist area such as lake, food and shopping. When we were there, there was an ongoing concert over the weekends, so the area is super crowded and congested with cars/bike and people. But it was still a cozy comfy hotel to stay in. Recommended!

I came in May 25 and stayed in a family room for one night, and I visited again in June and stayed in a twin room for one night. They gave me watermelon juice as a welcome drink. The family room was big enough for three adults, and the twin room was half the size of the family room. The bed was not too hard and just right, which was nice. Hoan Kiem Lake is just a few minutes' walk away, and the hotel is just one alley away from the bustling area, so the location is good. It's about a 13-minute walk to the train tracks. It's quiet at night, so I can sleep well. On weekends, it's near a car-free street, so you can't get to the hotel by car. You can get off nearby and walk in for about 2 minutes. There are many massage shops nearby. The staff is also very friendly. They open the door every time you come in and out. The price of the room includes breakfast, so it's good value for money. The room was clean, and there weren't any bugs. The cleaning condition was good. The Wi-Fi also works well. There is an elevator. The bathroom didn't smell and I was so satisfied that I visited again this time. The airport pickup was $17 and we communicated through WhatsApp. Free bottled water is provided. I didn't have time to eat breakfast because I had a morning flight, but they packed breakfast for me just in time for my departure, so I had a good meal at the airport.

The reception and other staff were very kind. The location was excellent, and we were very grateful for the place as we were tired from walking around during the day. The room facilities were sufficient as we only needed to sleep. It was nice that the breakfast menu could be chosen from a menu list like at a cafe. The children were also very satisfied with the delicious pho we had in the morning.
