Nice hotel, at the hotel entrance there are many motorcycles stopped

Champton Hotel is great as it is located at Old Quarter and near to the Hanoi train street!

The chill out area on that pool for as closed which should be informed of before booking. You get to the pool and that's it. No space to sit out and building work going on Room wall are very thin, you will hear everything at night

The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to some of the main attractions in the Old Town. Every member of staff that we met during our stay were friendly and polite. The room was modern and spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made throughout the morning. On check out we were a small gift of coffee which was a lovely touch to say goodbye from Vietnam!

The location is excellent — you can walk to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, I really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the hot water in my room, and then with the staff member who came to fix it. However, the manager understood the situation and handled it with care and professionalism. One thing that could definitely be improved is the "no windows room". While technically there is a small window, it doesn’t face anything and lets in a lot of light at night, which can be disturbing to sleep at night. On the bright side, the gym is excellent — definitely a highlight of the hotel. Despite the small drawbacks, I really recommend this hotel!

World-class facility with EXCELLENTLY trained staff! Extremely satisfying service.

This is an excellent little hotel in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi. We loved the attention from staff and the use of space in this hotel. The breakfast is currently being run out of the bar area as the restaurant is undergoing renovations but it was well accommodated and have a great selection. A small but refreshing pool in the rooftop and a bar with amazing views over the city. We had a great stay here and recommend it to other families.

It was nice experience to stay in the light hotel. Location in old are so convenient to go everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, many options to choose. Staff in hotel so friendly. And swimming pool works till 10 pm it was great!
