Fantastic location, walkable to everything we wanted to see in old quarter, next to some really nice cafes. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good, not a fan of over bath though but wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff are absolutely great, very helpful and always smiling, would definitely stay here again!

Room is nice and the staff are kind and polite, but the air conditioner is super cold and the controller is not working.

Good location ever place within walking distance: opera house, the lake, cathedral and supermarkets. A lot of restaurants near by etc: Vietnamese food, french restaurant next store. Free breakfast and buffet styles, good cooking, room was big and water was hot. Most + was quiet at night and we slept very well. Staff was helpful.

Just fine hotel in Hanoi busy area. Near the beer street and convenient to move around. Also hotel staffs are very kind and tried to do their best service for the guests.

Very nice and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. The hotel is located in the old quarter, not far from the lake and the street with the train. At the reception they helped us find express laundry and washed our clothes in 5 hours, they also helped us book a transfer to the airport for a good price

The location is good and it's very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. It's only a few minutes' walk away. I've checked in for the second time. The counter staff is very friendly. Although I don't understand English to communicate, they greeted us very kindly. It's worth recommending

Due to the hotel's check-in and check-out policy, I was afraid that I would not be able to check in if I arrived in the early morning. I tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes after making the reservation, but was rejected because of the reason "the hotel has a 24-hour front desk." Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the hotel that day, I was told that the room was full. Yes, I was taken to another hotel to stay one night. We negotiated with Ctrip to resolve this issue, and the results were quite satisfactory. The hotel offered free airport drop-off service as compensation for this issue. Room type: The windowless room is a bit small Location/Distance: Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, just 5 to 10 minutes’ walk away Service: Gentle and courteous Hygiene: Not bad, no merits or demerits Noise: The sound insulation is relatively poor. You can hear people walking and talking outside in the room; you can also hear sounds in the room in the corridor.

The second hotel I stayed in Hanoi, the first floor of the hotel is the restaurant for breakfast, check-in is on the second floor, and the lady at the front desk can speak Chinese. Also recommend the restaurant, very detailed.
