You can stay here without worries at all

I had a pleasant stay at San Agustin and would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, clean and well-located accommodation in Makati. The room was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay: AC, mini fridge, hot shower and strong WiFi. It felt like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The staff were also friendly and attentive. My favorite were the resident felines, demure, very cute and no problem accepting pets.

Everything was as advertised, nothing special. Good price for a short stay, please be mindful that there is no elevator, so stairs walking will be required. Would use again if need a short stay in Manila, good location close to everything. Thank you, San Augustine

We had a one-night stay at San Agustin Residences near the famous clubs in Poblacion, Makati, and it was a great experience. The location is good—just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife. The 24-hour front desk service was convenient and helpful. The room was clean, though there were a few minor areas that could have been improved, so I rated cleanliness 4/5. Service was friendly and efficient. The amenities were good, with everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife in Poblacion.

Location of hotel at Burgos Street,Makati is very convenient with many eating outlets nearby within walking distance. Mini-marts/supermarts/money-changers/fast-food joints/restaurants/etc. are easy to find nearby. Some rooms come with balcony,a bonus for smokers. Though view from balcony are nothing to shout about. One thing I need to comment is the date of towels provided. Need to be upgraded. Long female hairs are found sticking to towels,a bad state of affairs indeed!
