I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She is a tour guide and helped me explore many interesting places in Hanoi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making me feel right at home. Although it wasn't a luxury room, the service here was truly impressive. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I was very satisfied and will definitely return if I have the chance.

Booked for two people, but only two bath towels and one hand towel were provided. The two cups in the bathroom were very dirty and I dared not use them. Housekeeping was called once every two days. It took more than an hour to contact customer service, and someone followed up the next day.

Наша квартира была на 41м этаже. Прекрасный вид из окна. Фото апартаментов отличаются от реальной квартиры. До старого города или французского квартала на машине 25-30мин. Вокруг много кафе, торговый центров, спа салонов. В квартире была стиральная и сушильная машины. Недостатки: В ванных было плохо убрано. Матрасы жесткие, пружинные. Не достаточно столовых приборов, нет ножа, чашек для чая.
