Amazing location. The hostel is located in old quarter, the most happening area in Hanoi. Easy access to restaurants, bars, shops. Good hostel to meet new friends from different countries as well

The hostel is located in the old quarter of the city center which is very convenient. Maintenance team didn't do much about the cleaning of the rooms. Basically just changed the bedsheet but the blanket was not changed Breakfast hours too short only from 6-9,am Overall still pretty satisfactory

The room is very large, and the basic facilities are good. There are swimming pools and gyms, and there are many kinds of breakfast. I'm very happy to book a good room at this price. 🥰 But it may be a wasteland nearby, and there are many insects and sometimes enter the room. Those who mind may have to think about it carefully.

The location is good and convenient. The breakfast is nice with lots of food.

Excellent hostel! I stayed in a female room Pros: + ideal location: nearby attractions, supermarket, farmacy, lots of cafes, meeting point for a trip to Hanoi, 20 meters away a point from where you can leave by express bus to other parts of the country. + common areas (tables, beanbags). + good breakfast is included + the room was clean, the bed was good, there was a curtain, socket, light. The water pressure was good. Cons: - they don't give you a towel. - the bathroom and toilet are within the room, but there is no soundproof door to them. That is, if at 6 am someone wants to dry their hair in front of the mirror, you will hear everything.

I loved it, it’s just that the rooms are a little damp but everything is fine

The location was perfect,with easy access to transportation.The cleanliness of the property was impeccable,ensuring a pleasant environment.Air conditioning is on 24 hours a in the room,sheets is changed daily.If you don't want to stay too far from the center and are looking for a quiet place,Of course, this depends on what you want and expect. But The person who cleans the room is cleaning it carelessly the other hand staff are so friendly Anna,Quy who is working in night shift and Other staff whose names I do not know(sorry guys I don't know your names:)) The floor attendant who changes the sheets every day with a smile. Thanks for everything.

As hanging photo the hostel welcomed guests with the delightful service to let us have some free beer in every evening and exceptional breakfast in morning. That definitely would make full of joy enough and the elegant hospitality of staff often helped to make the stay more comfortable. Sometimes there was noisy neighbourhood to prevent sleeping, while the bedroom had enough space provided with a personal light to shut off someone else in the shared room for curtain. So overall the room was also great.

I stayed for just one night this time, so I chose a dorm. It was a pretty spacious and clean room, they have lockers for backpacks, and free breakfast. Everything's good and friendly staff.

Very comfortable and friendly. Good central location in old town. I particularly like the communal area with bean bags - it’s very comfortable. Staff are exceptional. In some dorm rooms you can hear street noise, but not all. They booked my bus to Halong Bay and have a laundry service. Great value and homely feel.

I booked the bus to da nang at the last day when I was going to leave, and the lady at the front desk offer me a place in cabin of vip bus, the price is 650k. But when the bus came to pick me up, I realized that it’s not what i paid for …… the price of this bus is cheaper (like 450k) than cabin of vip bus. ITS NOT COOL if she did this on purpose!!!!!
