Saigon Aroma Hotel, not satisfied with the front desk staff, there is a problem. But why did the waiter dare to open the door and let me in while I was sleeping? It was uncivilized. "It won't disturb my sleep if it's stuck💤" The waiter really dared to take it away. Can't find it. I'm so terrible 😱. I'm not satisfied with why the security guard didn't help us. It is recommended that you don’t stay here, don’t stay at Saigon Fragrance Shop. The bed in the room is too small. Not being able to sleep is not good. The environment is not good👎.

We returned to the hotel around 11pm after finishing work. My husband and I had no hot water when one of us took a shower and the other wanted to take a shower, so I had to take cold showers every night. The drainage system in the bathroom was not very good. It was okay to take cold showers in summer, but it was really unacceptable in winter. I booked two nights of accommodation for this 7-day trip. I wanted to renew it for convenience and was too lazy to change accommodation, but I had to change hotels because there was no hot water. The soundproofing in my room was not good, and I could clearly hear the voices of passers-by outside. Other things were just average, similar to other hotels with general reviews!

Nice room Facilities: normal, all necessary Hygiene: OK, clean Environment: It's in an alley, a little difficult to find, but it's relatively quiet at night. It takes 5 minutes to walk to a market-like place, which is convenient for shopping. Service: Yes, the front desk can speak English

每週在河內必住酒店，環境好，床乾淨柔軟好睡，整體觀感不錯，附近有星巴克，購物區，方便便捷，必選酒店。

衞生這個酒店的衞生挺好的。
